March 25, 20251 yr Yeah, charging that much for a plane and barely supporting it for literally years leaves sour taste. Fenix is more money but leaps and bounds better. It was better upon release than the PMDG products at the time and arguably still is. Still AS/Hans didnt fix the glaring issues. Instead, their AS forum provided a lot...a. lot of pushback regarding these issues. As far as Im concerned the CRJ series was just vapor ware for the last 3 years. Nice to see it getting some treatment at least. March 25, 20251 yr I watched part of XP72’s stream last night and the thing that stood out to me were the engine sounds were basically non-existent. I know Boris made a sound pack but I heard it does not work with this update. I have 0 intention of purchasing this plane but was interested in it because I know it’s a controversial plane in the flight sim community.

MS2024, inibuilds 350, the flight factor 777 v2 pay to beta, batc early access, aerosoft EDDF, captain sim 777s, (amongst many other products) all show you can release any product (so long as you advertise it) in an unfinished state and people will buy it.... in big numbers. give a few copys to the youtubers and twitch streamers to review and it will sell no matter what. The CRJ isn't "rotten food" that will make you sick, it's just not a High Fidelity addon. Big difference, and the price reflects it. and p.s.: I don't "claim" in re the price. March 25, 20251 yr Not sure what they will be able to do in a week but...I just find it weird that there is still no official changelog and while things like the EFB are definitely a plus, they don't fix the issues most have complained about re: the CRJ. It's like "flight model is twitchy on ground, LNAV often not working properly, no sounds, unreadable or poor font size / clarity" and the response after a year is "okay, so here's a new EFB!" WT% is wrong with this process? Also, by now this CRJ is really showing it's age...it's a portover and graphically / soundwise the lack really shows here. This needs a team (vs. just Hans) and more than a week. AMD 5830X Nvidia RTX 3060 Win 11
