Hmmmm....a creation of your own doing...or can we all virtually live there? (i.e., is it available on flightsim.to?).  It looks like a beautiful addon.
I have my own custom TBM 850 that would love to live the life that yours is. 😊   She has been neglected since 2020....and really wants to get back into the rotation of all the wonderful planes in my virtual hangar, LOL.

It’s a fun add-on, but it is heavy on the FPS in some locations.

I’ve been thinking about the 42, mainly because I like the glass cockpit vs most of the other Hi Fi addons which seem to be steam gauge.

is it really “that good”…?

In my opinion, yes. It has everything I like to see in a quality add-on:

1. Excellent flight model

2. Excellent sound pack (Boris Audio Works did the sounds)

3. Systems depth for normal operations (custom engine and checklist pages in the G1000 and custom engine and systems simulation)

It doesn't have a tablet with every conceivable failure point like Black Square. But for normal operations, it is outstanding. And it has improved significantly since release. A flight model update within the first few months of release took it from good to exceptional. This is a plane that requires rudder trim for takeoff, and rudder trim adjustments are smooth and controlled in a way I haven't seen in most other GA aircraft in the sim.

I should clarify that I've only flown it in MSFS 2020 so far. I'm going to transfer it over to 2024 soon.

The Black Square TBM 850 is my favorite single prop GA by far! It's permanently stationed at my Miami Beach Island Home Hangar.

Just enough runway for the 850 to work its magic. Its my little short flight Key West / Caribbean Express hopper

Such a solid addon!

nice shots.  Where did you get that addon airport?

Im checking this out

Short list for me (MS2024):

 1 - Fenix A320 (especially the new A319 hotrod - "Baby Shark")

2- A2A Commanche

3- iFly 737-8 MAX

Best is far too broad.  Too many good entries and very different types of aircraft.

GA:

A tie between the Black Square Dukes (I recently bought them and already they are becoming my favorites and the A2A Comanche.

Airliners:

I never touch them, couldn't say!  🙂

Business Jet:

FSW Lear 35 (I don't have much time in the new Citation X

Helicopter:

Taog's Hanger H500C/Cayuse.  Native 2024 helicopter that flies well and has great features.

Honorable mentions:

COWS DA-40 and 42.  Just a great developer who's always updating.  Maybe not quite into A2A/Black Square territory, but a very good group.

FSW Sierra C24R and C414.  Great planes, they just lack some of the failure and wear and tear features, but still great to fly.

Black Square Starship - I don't own it and haven't flown it, but it looks really impressive.  Just too many good addons and not enough time for me.

Craig from KBUF

My short list.  It covers every type of flying I wish to do...

A2A Comanche

A2A Aerostar

FlightFX HJet

FlightFX CitationX

Fenix A320

Having just purchased the a2a Aerostar, I agree it belongs on this list.

Really immersive airplane, nice to fly! 🙂
