Not surprised. Got burned with their A350. They'll now keep telling everyone that they had real pilots test the thing and this is all correct and as expected. Then, in about 6 months after patch 247 t

  • Got it, flew a short LPPR - LPPT. Great! Smooth as silk! I'm GLAD !!!! 🤩

  • That's a lazy response to be honest. The whole point of FBW is to protect you from getting the aircraft into a situation where that could become an issue even if you DO try. Stall protection, pit

Currently never.

I think I remember reading it’s on marketplace for three months then transitions to theninibuilds hub. Not 100% on this tho.

Apparently FSiPanel has had an update today to make it A340 compatible. So time to start practicing some smooth landings!

Yes just a few months before it’s for sale direct from ini, and marketplace purchases will be transferable.

They said it would be few months after release, they just haven't given a release window.

Anyone else experiencing CTDs with the newest SU4 beta? Been having a few about 30 minutes into using the airplane. Thinking it’s SU4.

the A340 isn't.

This plane is really good. Ini have done a great job here. SU4 and this together are a great experience with no obvious flaws or bugs. I'm not a real pilot so can't speak to all the details around real flying, but as a simmer, this plane feels great. The EFB is really nice too. Much better than their older style.

Still on the fence of this purchase … go or no go?

It is much, much better than the A350 was at launch. If you like the plane, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it (assuming it fits the budget). Works and flies well, and Ini has shown that they continue to update planes (A350 is pretty good now).
