It's fixed with native models and Just Flight FS Traffic models. AIG depends on the plane - some are working fine, some aren't. If you are heavily dependent on AIG it's not "fixed", but I have stopped using AIG and stick to native and JustFlight. Those look and work great.

  • WOW. Playing Geforce Now and am very close to the server so the performance has always been good - but man, with this upgrade my fps is significantly higher at ultra settings. Double in places.

If you are asking me to tell you that the entire surface of the planet has been fixed to absolute perfection, then I have no clue and can't tell you that (no one can, I'd say). 

If you are asking whether I have seen any issues such that I would go back to 2020 - nope. 2024 with SU4 is now vastly (vastly!) superior and there's no way I'm going back.. like I wouldn't use P3D or FSX anymore. 2020 has reached that "retired legend" status for me. I have been using the beta and now the release and frankly I haven't seen any issues today but of course only used it for a couple hours

Through the beta I did see things, but then they would get fixed or maybe server updated and it would be gone the next day or week. 

YMMV of course, it's a complex product and everyone gets different things out of it. But there's no way I'm going back to 2020

I'm been flight simming for many years now, and eventually you do need to move on to the new product.

Il potenziale del prodotto può variare, ovviamente, è un prodotto complesso e ognuno ne trae vantaggi diversi. Ma non tornerò mai più al 2020.

Sono ormai molti anni che pratico simulatori di volo e prima o poi dovrò passare al nuovo prodotto.

Good luck.. I’m sure it will show up soon. There are no widespread reports of major install / download issues so shouldn’t be too long

1.) start sim
2.) connect to VATSIM
3.) wait until arriving traffic parks at your airport.

Initial flight, straight into SU4, was not on the Beta.

It just downloaded when I started MSFS 2024. 4.1 GB, quick D/L & install.

Initial impression in a GA aircraft- very smooth flight, sharper terrain, better colors,   but a rabbit hop landing set off the X-Box controller that I use for the drone view & each time I swiped the tarmac,  the controller vibrated rather loudly. Need to look at that, but I feel SU4 is a step forward rather than backwards.

Well I knew SU4 was going to get things going. I also suspect once the 737 drops, the Steam gap will be decidedly over. 

That’s an astounding increase - about 50% over the 30-day average!

But could easily be just a spike due to folks just updating the sim today

Now the question becomes how the numbers change NEXT Monday…

PMDG 777 at a busy 3rd party airport with AI traffic and the take off run was 90fps (2x framegen) in bad weather. Used to be around 50fps.

Nothing unless you run into problems after the update. For now just download and install. And be happily amazed
