+1. This topic is VERY busy. Right now, +150 people (+/- 23% of the AVSim users currently online (+/- 650 people)) are only in this topic. And that's only because of an update. Imagine when PMDG announce the release!---Just for the records---

Simply amazing work here guys. I knew that the wait for another update would be worth it and you guys exceeded my expectations. The detail is absolutely fantastic...far beyond what I thought would be done. I would love to own a real 737, but with the detail you'll be giving us with this bird, I think this is truely the next best thing. If it's found on the real plane, it's found in the PMDG product. So I'll happily take the PMDG 737 over a real 737 and wifey will be very happy that the fuel and maint costs will remain low :( Chad

AoA indicator on HUD?
I think I saw this at least in Acceleration F18 hornet HUD.

You can see the detail in the cabin interior, entryways, stairs
Great stuff. I have to say I care way more about the interior than the exterior but it certainly is as detailed as it could possibly be. Just wondering if we are looking at Boeing Sky Interior here? Big%20Grin.gif
There's something else of major note in that last shot too besides the terrain... something no one's been able to do in FS until now. tongue.gif
I can't see it, I just can't. Has it been said it was about the HUGS? Even then I can't see it, but maybe because I don't know what other devs could not have made possible... The collimation? You've shown this in your video already, haven't you. Maybe it's got to do with the looks of the graphics, like AA'ing on a transparent background or something? A hint would sure be appreciated by many haha. :(sig.gif

I don't think so. There will be no virtual cabin.

Who cares about the cabin?! Give me the real deal system simulation, good framerates and a bunch of liveries and I'll be on sick leave for a long time ;-)Exellent previews, cannot wait for the rest..!

I never thought I'd say this, having been a PMDG fan for ages and owning all of their stuff - but I feel very disintrested about the NGX now. I saw the pics and thought "so what"? No idea why, it's pretty and all, but it didn't even raise my pulse.Probably all the stalling and forum tactics that made me lose interest. Can't be the pictures themselves, the plane does look great.

Could it be the automatic N1 and REF dials? I don't know what they do (assuming it is pretty stright forward with the name and all but not sure) but they look like something only PMDG could model.I'd say the HUD and how it moves with your virtual head position, but that can't be seen in a picture very well.

Nice work, but one question pops in my mind: Will the performance be so good as she looks or do we have to have an 4,5+Ghz SB CPU to get her running like the "old" one in FS9?

Best regards, Steffen

Thank you for the shots and thanks for taking the time to post this up Robert. Well worth the wait in my honest opinion. This plane is going to be so fun to fly, I really appreciate all the attention to detail not only in the VC and external model but the systems programming. Is it soup yet? Big%20Grin.gif

Superpilotv2 the important thing is if I can run it,and yes i can :( im sure many of us will be able to run it.i have a i7 920 4 hhz6 gb ddr3 1600 mhz mema gtx 580and a raptor 10000 rpm 300 gb harddrive.if you have a lower pc than this im sure you still would be able to run it.

Probably all the stalling and forum tactics that made me lose interest.
Get over yourself. Go make your own planes in the same detail as PMDG and I can bet you'll be having customers accuse you of stalling and leaving them hanging on purpose.
