I made just about the same picture myself a couple of months back, only I did zoom in a tad more.To enlighten you on how it's done(or at least... how I did it):I put my camera on the back of the pedestal, One flash on top, aimed over my head and back into the ceiling (behind the aft overhead panel).I chose a slow shutter speed (1/40 in this case), and set up flash sync at rear-curtain (the flash fires at the END of the 1/40, not the beginning). A lot of decent party pictures are made like that too (although it is a lot easier to use front curtain sync when you have a subject that moves a lot more.).So no, an extra strobe is not needed to illuminate the throttle handles.I have to admit, if I had zoomed out more, I would have placed two strobes behind the seats(on the ground, pointing up, this is called bouncing), to get an evenly lit flight deck.More pictures on Flickr (www.flickr.com/krivadesign)5643716997_71bd4e4f8f_b.jpg
That is positively one of the most awesome pictures I have seen in a loooong time. Great work there!

Excellent shot, just excellent. The FMC looks like it's been given a new keyboard because the function keys appear shallower than usual, or is it just me?

You do realize that if this is has great FPS I wont even want to fly any of my other add-ons any more. I hope it comes at a good price. Great Update., Thanks.

The 744 & Carenado's C152 are my only other addon aircraft. I plan to do a clean install from win7 on up at release time & I'll likely reinstall those two as well. The Cessna is just too much fun to not have...

I'd probably already have them if it weren't for the cost.
The NGX,once released, will take care of that! Big%20Grin.gif

Tomorrows monday!!!
So?

So?
There is a chance that the NGX will reach final testing by Monday if they have finally nailed the VNAV logic and a few other things. Mr. Randazzo hinted at that.

Isn't that a bit drastic? I mean, if the other planes don't hurt performance and stability, there is no reason to get rid of them, me thinks... As for me, I reinstalled FSX a week ago, because I was getting CTDs all over the place. Now I'm being very conservative on what gets installed. I refuse to have duplicate aircraft. As a result, the iFly 737NG is not coming in. Also, no A 320 family member is coming in until Aerosoft has released their Advanced Airbus, or FSLabs has released theirs. Whatever plane appears to be best will find its way into my FSX installation. And scenery? Only the most vital gets in, so only the stuff I'm sure I will use. That means OrbX AU along with some Asian hubs so the PMDG 747 has a reason to exist in my FSX installation, and various EU and USA airports. FSX is still rather quick and is still pretty stable, so the strategy seems to be working out.

Yes but remember America is behind by a day, so Tuesday is Monday :(

I RsR advertising with coming soon find ect... only bla bla bla! I think there is only one question is there a release 2011? This constant annoying back and forth! This wait for annoying! And please if you have not yet finished the 600 / 700, but for 800 / 900 release it ! (after the abolition of the bugs!) . The 737 NG is so important in the aviation, such as chocolate in the coockies. The NGX were a Tristar L-1011 that would be not so bad ;-) to wait.best regradsChris

It'll come in due time, and he said clearly it should be on Monday, but there was no real certitude about it. You can just wait for news there is no real point in asking, once there is smothing new, I'm sure Robert or another member of the team will give us news. It's not by askign that will get more information. IT's a long and complex developement and they'll polish it to the end, if they are close, they are close, but there can still be hours of works ahead. I really prefer they take their time than releasing a product unfinished, or anything else, to me it's just a mark of respect, because you can see delaying the release as a way to lose some people, so I believe it's just a bit risky, but they take the risk to provide something amazing. Not to forgot the plane is under Boeing Official License, which makes it also even more important I believe if they want the access to all the docs for other aircraft, like the 777, and hopefully someday maybe the 787.

Little questions for the beta testers:As many of us know the MD11 does very soft autolandings. Is this the same in the NGX??? Because in the MD11 i love to see the perfect flare of the autopilot :)
