July 28, 201114 yr Hey everyone, I have been monitoring the forums here for quite some time and with the release of the 737NGX drawing near, what better time to sign up and start posting? I couldn't hold back my gratitude any longer. I wanted to thank Robert and everyone at PMDG for all their hard work on this amazing product. Its been a long time in the making, and from what we have seen so far, no wonder. Keep up all the great work. Can't wait to get my hands on her! Thanks again everyone. Sam MextedNew Zealand Sam
July 28, 201114 yr Its may look cheapper in your country. But considering monthly wages in may country its on expensive side. I am of the opinion that the PMDG team should re-consider the price and they may apply separate price for regions or country in order to reach all simmers around the world. Cem, Istanbul

July 28, 201114 yr just a consideration about 6-7 vs 8-900 series. 736: 69 planes built, no orders73G: 1049 built, 421 orders738: 2159 built, 1495 orers739: 52 built, no orders739 ER: 84 built,. 201 orders (source wikipedia) I prefer the 700 too, but there are more 800 around than all the others together :-) All in all i think it's a great pricing, hoping the expansions don't take too much work and will be very low priced :-D Luca Benelli PMDG & WX Radar? read here
July 28, 201114 yr Ok I know I am slow here... But EFB? That sounds crazy! I think it sounds brilliant what you did, you created the 737 with future aircraft development and continual product improvement in mind...! Great stuff! Yours trulyBoaz FraizerCopenhagen, Denmark
July 28, 201114 yr We will have to wait a little for the packages, and pay for them, BUT then we do get fully simulated variants! That sure is amazing! Especially for those who dream of flying BBJ's to and fro across the planet :) And 75USD is a very fair price IMHO! I was seriously expected a 100USD price range! Yours trulyBoaz FraizerCopenhagen, Denmark
July 28, 201114 yr "IMPORTANT LATE ADD: Some of the discussion in the thread brings up a valid point. There is some political idiot games taking place in Washington, DC right now. If there is a large scale currency shift as a result- we may at our discretion adjust the pricing. I doubt this will be necessary- but I'm also pretty confident in the level of "dumb" in Washington, DC- so it is worth mentionin" - rsrandazzo Great to hear the release it could have not come out a worst timing for me: The negative Getting married and planning the honey moon has maxed out the credit card, south africa here we come. The positive Im glad Im not an American as $69.99 maybe like buying a can of cola come monday. Whatever happens i am going to purchase this plane regardless, judging by the how the boys are doing at capitol hill by monday my aussie may be worth a lot more than the american, and that will make the a great buy!! July 28, 201114 yr Ok once again PMDG thanks for the great work . Now i would like to go a few years back in time and remenber when i could not spend a large amount of money just so that the sim was max out and run fine does anyone remenber that ?????? Well today thanks to the great income i can blow 1k or 2k on rig or like i just did not too long ago pay 1k plus tax on a core i7 extreme edition cpu . The idea of this post is to remind a few people that not everyone can get a top of the line machine to run fsx so please when someone says they are in fs9 era be more carefull when replying .. yes there has been lamborguinis in the lot for a long time but not everyone can buy one . Yeah... i have an E7600 dual core and an 9800 graphics card and i've upgraded my computer a month ago. Things are tough in my country. And still nobody told me how much of a performance hog this plane will be. Cristi Neagu
July 28, 201114 yr It's amazing! After all these months of complaining about how long it takes to complete the 737NGX one should think that there was enough time to save some money to buy it, especially with the readily available knowledge about the price of the MD-11. But no, now that the release is imminent the complaining about the long wait shifts right to complaining about the price, even though it's ridiculously and surprisingly low for what this sim will offer and how much work went into it. If you have forgotten already you should watch Nick's videos again.

I am of the opinion that the PMDG team should re-consider the price and they may apply separate price for regions or country in order to reach all simmers around the world. Cem, Istanbuli hate to say it but different pricing for different regions wont happen. In all seriousness, you may not be able to buy it upon release......however you can just save up for it. When you are able to purchase it, you will appriciate it more because you worked so hard to get it.
