Well I am having a problem with this product, the position of the aircraft symbol on the moving map display doesn't update unless you exit the moving map and then return to it - very annoying. I have looked through all the settings and can't find anything that relates to this. If there is something obvious I have missed then please put me right. Thanks. Bruceb Edit OK Scratch that - a case of failing to RTFM and case of not understanding the subtle difference between charts and moving map as used in this product.

I'm not a pro at flight planning stuff by any stretch and tend to just pop DEP, ARR, CRZ ALT, and type/weight in FSBuild and let it do it's thing, but I'm curious why FSBuild routes work perfectly fine in the NGX and don't if done by EFB. Doesn't lessen the appeal at all, just curious. ;)
I guess because EFB saves .rte2 files, but .rte is required for the 737. I have not the smallest idea what's the difference there, but i have faith that it will be sorted in a couple of days smile.png .

had the trial version for 10 days then bought the full version. This si without doubt one of the best addons I have spent money on. never fly without it. My cockpit is now a totally paperless environment. My setup is two pc's networked and three monitors. flight sim on two monitors and EFB on the third. A dream setup. If I need anything off the net I use my laptop. Wycliffe p.s. I am now a beta tester for EFB.

Are there sny comments comparing Aivlasoft EFB with Flight Sim Commander? I've used the latter for some time and very pleased with it.

You can download and use EFB for a period without having to buy. Worth giving it a try. For what it is worth I stuck with FSC although a lot of people swear by it...G

My ONLY complaint with EFB is that it won't accept vRoute flight plans. Other than that, it's a great piece of software.

there are currently issues, as PMDG changed sth...!But AivlaSoft will bring a fix for that, trust me!

It actually does, just save the FP in fs9 format. Then load it in EFB. (select fs2004 fp in EFB) Makes no difference for FSX.... It's how I do it and works like a charm

Jerry, Thanks for that tip. I'll give it a try.

Hi, Hari. This is a 2011 thread. It might be easier to post the question over in the Aivlasoft forums.
