Watching the E3 conference now.  They should announce what's going on here.  So far mindless shooters for XBOX One is the main agenda...

I like to check other sources besides Avsim especially for something like this.

I was told Microsoft would announce it at the E3 Conference and Microsoft is on the stage now (with X-Box). Most likely got wrong info.

An announcement could come from Microsoft at E3 - but probably not at an Xbox press conference.  Different business unit.  I'd expect a press release at some point, maybe not a "live" show.

nothing interesting up to now . i dont think they will mention anything regarding FS cause the audience there probably has no interest in it .
