What you say, in fact is, that speculations/stupidity/nonsens is something that is wished on AVSIM. Cant beleive what I´m reading.

Your implication is that this thread was ever "on the rails".  Either way, I'm not aware of anything in the ToS that you agreed to when you signed up for this sight that is currently violating those terms ... it's getting close, but not yet ...

+1 (recurring) to Elaine, Rob, Wobbie et.al.  What part of this 'P3D 3.0 Speculation & General Nonsense' thread do the 'offended' ones not understand?  Phrases like "lighten up" and "chill" spring readily to mind.

 

This is verbal entertainment to savour - not dismiss. We appear to be on the brink of yet another improvement in the Sim that we are all here for (and will undoubtedly appreciate when it finally arrives), and yet -  the luddites and nay-sayers seem intent on chucking a bucket of cold water over the whole, light-hearted, progress of this wonderfully ridiculous thread.

Just going through some of my Ad On's there and thinking with V3 so close and most folks will jump in head first including myself, a complete reinstall will follow,  i wonder how  long it will take for the Ad On's to become completely compatible with V3.

Some of these posts remind me of what many P3D users describe as "DTG's target audience".

See what happened to this thread is that after someone noticed the P3D V3 entry in the FSUIPC log every got pumped in anticipation of the imminent release of version 3. Then the speculation started. The was a mere month ago. Now with nothing new to that original revelation a discontent has settled in over the crowd and some are getting cranky! :-)

Some? Only the Lone Ranger. Discontent? Not really, just waiting for the matching handbag & shoes.
