Rich, even the beta team don't have it. I believe it's just their way of prepping things but keeping the metaphorical door locked until their ready to rock and roll... :Applause:

I am anticipating an official announcement or release is immanent! I'm guessing the former :-) Probably by the end of next week. Release date is November 25th 2015. This is of course all speculation based on general nonsense!

Let me guess.... you want 64bit.

this is just a bit of entertainment for the boys at P3d

I will LOL like crazy if the first P3D v3 OOM thread appears on the same day :P Then I will cry

Since n4gix has let the cat partially out of the bag, I can confirm that p3d 3.0 is also not DX12, but just like FSX has an "experimental" DX10 mode, the porting from DX11 to DX12 is not a big undertaking.

That's really a pity. I upgraded both of my machines to Win 10 with two hopes: Edge + P3D3 DX12. Edge is a disaster and P3D3 DX12 has been postponed to doomsday.

I deserved it to be punished.

Two criteria for release:

1) Pete goes on holiday

2) The LM website goes down the night before

Why, that's almost guaranteed to happen ... same day ... more like within the hour or as long as it takes to install 20 add-ons and max everything out (both LM and add-ons) ... pretty sure there are some that could do that in less than 1 hour completely ignoring their 2 fps and then go 'how come'?   B)

Cheers, Rob.

i predict by the end of September.

At this stage i hope your right   Not sure how more my head can take of this excitementness

Does that really happen?

Does that really happen?

On several occasions when the released a version, the site was shut down briefly. Could be coincidence but could be they were getting servers ready, etc.

It will be here when it's here - we all have to be patient - myself included!

No problem

After perusing all these V3 threads, I've gleaned what V3 is not:  no 64 and no OOM cure (well maybe that fact was in jest).  Seems something else momentus must be afoot to justfy a major rev; as for me guessing I'm lost (and that goes for most of my interest).

Edge is written by the company that created Windows Exploder, what did you expect?  Get Chrome, and you will never use anything else.
