July 5, 20205 yr Moderator @OzWhitey, Rob, when and whether I get v5 is dependent on FSLabs and whether they develop a 64-bit Concorde for that sim. If they do then I’ll get v5. If that’s in 12 months then by then I’ll have had the NGX for 2.5 years so buying the NGXu won’t be quite as unpalatable. Until FSL make their announcement v4.5 is fine. Ray (Cheshire, England). July 6, 20205 yr Not sure if it's just me or what. But compared to other planes like PMDG 747, QW787, Aerosoft A330, A2A C172, I noticed something a bit strange about the PMDG 737 NGXu. The VC zoom level at 0.50 is much much closer compared to the other planes I listed. I am using wideaspectview=1 running at 4k. I've set my initial zoom via chaseplane for all my other planes at 0.60 for the perfect view. But in the 737, at 0.50 the VC looks very big like as though I'm almost up against the dashboard and can hardly see anything. I have to zoom out quite a lot to get a wider view. Also when panning around to the side and looking at the EFB, it appears distorted, instead of a rectangular shape it looks almost squarish. Again this doesn't happen in the PMDG 747. The EFB doesn't get distorted when panning around. Does anyone else have this issue? However, I also move my seat back (around twenty mouse clicks in the case of the 737NGX) to get the most comfortable view. July 6, 20205 yr Thanks, I'll have to play with the settings again. Seems like the PMDG 737 NGXu for P3D v5's default zoom is a bit different from other planes. It's the only one where I really have to move back or zoom out. July 6, 20205 yr Hello Is someone can tell us if the NGXU in P3DV5 perform better than in P3D V4.5. I play in VR and I need more fps with this plane. In VR even 4 or 5 fps more can make the difference and allow the 45fps needed for a pleasant experience (at 43 steamVr will cut to 20) Thanks Guillaume LE MENTEC P3DV4.3/Windows 10/i5 4670 [email protected]

Does anyone else have this issue? 737 got higher panel than most other modern airliners, also PMDG made the eye point low and forward than IRL, select the “HUD” eyepoint in CDU could give you an eyepoint closer to realworld (or 0.2feet higher and after to edit in aircraft.cfg if you use trackIR like I do) I don’t know why but FSL320’eyepoint also offset to the right by like 0.2 feet then... 16 hours ago, G-YMML1 said: I guess those who still prefer 4.5hf3 could skip the update, couldn't they? no, unless you don’t use autobrake, the old version will brake you to stop within 600m/2000feet at MLW Edited July 6, 20205 yr by C2615
July 6, 20205 yr Anyone else finding the aircraft always banks left even when the trims are all neutral. When the autopilot is engaged the rudder trim as very little effect on the controls.

July 6, 20205 yr Quote did an autobrake 1 landing yesterday evening, and I was wondering if it would ever stop.Gonna try level 2 next time. The autobrake was CORRECTED and now works as it should. Before it was too aggressive. The real world pilots on the test team noticed that it slowed the aircraft down way too fast. I was just noting that when you use AB1 (and it is working as designed) it takes a long time to stop the aircraft. i9-10850K, ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI), 32GB G.SKILL DDR4-3603 / PC4-28800, GIGABYTE RTX5080 16GB WF OC 3 FAN running 3440x1440
