Affirmative. Realized that as well. Besides that smooth experience. Quite happy so far.

Looks like the UK will need very little mods.

Close to there now.

Ok, first flight and I have to say those clouds looks awesome, without any impact on the frame rate compare to last update

Flying over Heathrow and entering into London now. I still can't wrap my head around how incredible the performance is considering the stunning visuals and details. Clearly I am still in recovery from decades of FSX and P3D ptsd.

Does anyone notice any spikes or water elevation issues? And I mean anywhere in the world, not only UK/Ireland.

I had earlier reported issues with framerate and stutters over London. I meanwhile edited my post. I had removed the conflicting ORBIX London pack after installing the update. It may still have been conflicting. After restarting MS2020 and rebooting my PC, the stutters were gone and the frame rate was back to normal (and maybe was even improved over pre-update performance).

I still have to catch myself about hesitation loading into EGLL...definitely right about about FSX/P3D PTSD 🙃

There are only 2 capital cities in the update afterall, London and Dublin.

I can already hear the Welsh and Scottish stampeding in your general direction 🤣

I'll try that but I would still like to know if the update is supposed to be found by MSFS after launching it? Or if I'm supposed to look for updates via the MS Store?

Edit: somehow my response to Web Maximus posted without the text. That's reposted on page 9.

The thing I'm most interested in is the terrain mesh. Just checked the white cliffs on the south-east coast of England and they're fine. Vertical white cliffs are pretty much the acid test of a terrain mesh.

Welcome to the club...

Do let me know if you find a cure for this.

Only solution I have found SADLY in to do a complete uninstall and reinstall. Has happened on every update. I get the minor update from the MSStore and nothing triggers the main update when I run MSFS.

Really annoying - fortunately my d/l speed is good so it only takes about 1.25 hours for a complete reinstall.

I don't have the MS Store version myself, however, I would first open the MS Store. Either it's already planned for an update there or you make use of the search for new updates feature.

If this still doesn't work I would (i) look into the offical forum if there's a solution, (ii) file a Zendesk ticket.

Kind regards, Michael

Have you been to the MS store, click on MSFS, drop down window> update. Run update 1GB then start MSFS for the full update.

Not fully sure where you are when talking about this drop down window and the update option?

This is what I see in MS Store

Exactly what I have. Everything says its updated.  Loading FS doesnt trigger any updates. Restarting did nothing and neither did signing out of the store.   Still regret MS Store purchase. Should have stuck with steam
