August 5, 20214 yr Due to all the changes and issues occurring around MSFS right now, I have decided to "pivot" to F1 2021. It makes the time go quicker, plus less frustration. What games/sims are you guys pivoting to right now? 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 96GB DDR5 | 4K G-Sync | Win11 Pro

August 5, 20214 yr Back in DCS for me just now until stability returns Edited August 5, 20214 yr by Car147 AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3d, MSI X570 Pro, 32 gb DDR4 3600 ram, Gigabyte 6800 16gb GPU, 1x 2tb Samsung NvMe , 1x 2tb Sabrent NvME, 1x Crucial 4tb Nvme M2 Drive
August 5, 20214 yr I don't do games. Only flight simulation, so my PC is set up for that. The only other things I do with it are web surfing, Youtube and a few tax and financial spreadsheets and word documents. When my PC is idle (22 hrs per day) It mines Etherium for me. August 5, 20214 yr Been playing a lot Insurgency: Sandstorm which is a cracking semi-realistic squad shooter, has a good PVE mode so minimal aggro. And I'm eagerly awaiting Carrier Command 2 which comes out in 5 days, Microprose is making a triumphant return first with Highfleet and soon with a proper sequel to the original Carrier Command. Microsoft Flight Simulator has been generally fine for me, plenty playable. But when there's new fixes and updates coming I find myself preferring to wait a bit, usually I fly the most just after big updates then have a break and do other things for a while, MSFS can absorb an awful lot of time.
August 5, 20214 yr Steam alone informs me I have 130 games installed, and of course that doesn't even count things from Game Pass, Epic Games and more. My answer would have to be that I play just about anything (according to my mood) with a concentration on MSFS. And a lot of VR. Like my current favorite "The Wizards" Between giggles, my little neice assures me I look absolutely ridicuous ducking and twisting through the room, waving my hands/arms in complex magical gestures...... August 5, 20214 yr I split my time between FS20 and War Thunder Ground Realistic Battles. In ground RB, you start each match with your lineup of tanks and other ground vehicles. When you earn enough spawn points, you can spawn in aircraft that you have researched and fly cas or cap. Higher tiers add helo's into the mix. It's dirty as heck, but the Russian tree has a PE-8 Bomber that can drop a 5 ton bomb. Kills everyone in the radius of an NFL football field. Too much fun, as long as you're the one dropping it, or trying to shoot the PE-8 before he can drop it. There is also a Naval mode, combined with aircraft, but I've never played it. August 5, 20214 yr Lately it's been Mindustry and Skyrim with some Mini Motorways, Kingdoms Reborn and HighFleet thrown in. I can always find something to do while waiting on the next MSFS update. That was my favorite game for years (years ago). Not as much of a gamer today outside MSFS, but i like checking out interesting environments like RDR 2 and Death Stranding, and a few others.
