June 9, 20241 yr I assume the Twin Otter briefly seen in the trailer is the former Aerosoft model. Hopefully Asobo decides not to threaten legal action against anyone who tries to modify the flight model.
June 9, 20241 yr I hope avsim is prepared for 162 days of arguing, fake news, screenshots, excitement and juicy rumors. It is going to be great! // 5800X3D // RTX 3090 // 64GB RAM // HP REVERB G2 //
June 9, 20241 yr 153 second trailer 5 seconds view of flight instruments. My tagline: "MSFS 2024 - Jack of all Trades Edition!" My dream would be that the powers that be opensource the original after 2024 gains market share to let the addon devs make 2020 the 'sim for simmers'. There's room for everyone, but maybe not in the same place at the same time 😄 Russell Gough SE London

Nice hair structure ... will it move realistically with the wind? LOL! At first glance I thought it was sasquatch with one eyeball in the middle! Cloud structure - mehh, - might be presets we have no way of knowing until Asobo confirms. Lighting is definitely improved. Edited June 9, 20241 yr by KERNEL32

June 9, 20241 yr Not too bad! I expected more after such a long time from the initial announcement. I hope that this will open the door to monthly updates of what we can expect in terms of updates. There is the hint of a career mode but nothing of how Indepth or customizable it will be. I saw emergency services with rescue, and VIP flights but what about tube liner operations? I want a list of what new. They should be enticing me to upgrade at this point. I want info on weather, study level aircraft included (or close to it), flight model and ATC improvements.

June 9, 20241 yr Anyone else concerned that 2024 may be *only* career mode? They sure are leaning into it hard. Not great for simmers
