June 16, 20241 yr Unsure why it is, but I have Gsync switched on and it works beautifully. If I switch it off, then it's nowhere near as smooth. Gsync "on" causes no issues here either, that I've noticed. Whether it's actually using Gsync, or simply ignoring it, I've no idea. I just kept all my original settings, including Gsync "on", and I haven't made any comparison with "off". I don't really understand what combination of things is happening but the effect overall is next level smoothness so far. 14900ks, RTX4090, 64Gb@6000-30-36-36-T2, Samsung 990Pro 2Tb , Dell G3223Q 32" 4k Gsync + 27" secondary monitor. June 16, 20241 yr Still have the issue that after about 1min, a monster stutter occurs with frozen display for about one minute or until I tab out of MSFS, which in turn disables LSFG. Strange, as it did not happen at the beginning, as soon as I started tinkering around with the settings, it became unusuable. Are there anywhere some settings stored? Or a cache? I’d be careful downloading and running that… (his repository also contains a crack for steam API)
June 16, 20241 yr No need to get a crakced version. Simply copy the complete lossless scaling folder out of the Steam installation and start that tool from where you want. Runs without Steam. June 16, 20241 yr I'm thinking of moving up to a higher refresh rate monitor from my current 60Hz. Got my eye on an Alienware 34 ich OLED with a 165Hz refresh. My question: Anyone running LS on a 165 Hz monitor with 165/55 in NCP and times 3 in LS? Is so, any problems/comments?
