No time to find your original post, but what issues were you finding at Glasgow as I'm also using Pyreeque's airport and hadn't noticed anything (other than it's very detailed and would probably take a performance hit on marginal rigs with the new photogrammetry). July 26, 20241 yr The issues with the Thames have now been officially logged as a bug so should be fixed, you'd think. July 26, 20241 yr I truly wish that all these mandatory updates were made a thing of the past. Remember the days of FSX and P3D? If you were happy with how your sim was running, then you could simply 'pass' on the update and simply enjoy a stable sim. I wonder if removing the Pyreegue airport and/or ORBX GB North would fix it (though I would rather live with it than replace these two addons). Are you using either of the above? Certainly the flat areas in Dublin were fixed by removing the ORBX Dublin city pack. Certainly the flat areas in Dublin were fixed by removing the ORBX Dublin city pack. It's Pyreegue EGPF that is causing the issue. I've let him know and he is working on a fix. Had to do something similar for his EGNX. Ryzen 9800X3D, RTX 5090, 64GB, Win 11. MSFS2020. Moza, MFG, Fulcrum & Virpil controllers. Quest 3 for VR.

Only the Sim Updates are mandatory. If you want the better UK and Ireland update you have to manually go to the Marketplace to select it and download it. You don't have to if you don't want to. Did you download it? Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). July 26, 20241 yr The burnt grass on many parts of the UK means i'm going to roll back on this which is a shame. It's one of those that if you don't live in the UK or fly in the affected areas its not a big deal, but for me i can't fathom why they didn't make the grass green, sure there could of been a way. There is a cut off point as well in places where it goes from yellow grass to green grass. I wonder how many places around the world i fly in thinking its ace and somewhere there is a person from there thinking "it doesn't look like this". Ryzen 5 3600 / RTX 2070 8GB / 2x8 RAM/
July 26, 20241 yr I live and fly in the UK. Looks pretty great with default or Bing latest to me. Brown, yellow and 1000 shades of green is what I am seeing. Just like when I look out of a real aircraft window. I only fly south of Watford if that makes a difference. 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base

I guessed that the culprit may have been the helicopter landing pad by overripepuma, which it was. I see it is no longer listed at flightsim.to unless it's under another name. BTW, overripepuma's other scenerys are really good and well worth the free download. Southmead hospital looks excellent in WU17.
