Hi, I have just installed V0.9.12 and fired it up. I have right clicked the power button on the tablet - but it does not attach itself to the yokel. Anyone else experienced this? - or am I missing something

I managed to do it eventually but I can't tell you how as I don't know myself. It was not straight forward but is persistent at least, so I don't have to do it again.

Thanks for the feedback regarding the cockpit condition. The aircraft we modeled is based on the actual Aerostar I owned and operated for several years. Our approach has always been to focus on a

I haven’t tested the Aerostar in heavy turbulence yet, but it’s on my to-do list. If anything feels off or isn’t behaving as it should, you can expect it to be addressed in the next update or shortly

Turbulence and the Aerostar: feels pretty good to me.  I'm not sure if I've ever flown an Aerostar - seems like I must have at some point - but I've spent too much time in many other similar twins.  Y

[Tablet] Hydraulic fluid level details

Hooo that's nice, during a flight I couldn't lower the gear and flaps on landing and... it was a hydraulic fluid leak!

I fly the Aerostar a lot.  Yesterday I posted a bug report on the A2A support site concerning SU4 Beta and all the fuel draining from the left wing tank and then fuselage tank in 10-minutes sitting on the ramp.  The response I received was:

As reported elsewhere in a few places, SU4 is broken and has the potential to break your Aerostar as well. Please don't use the Aerostar with SU4.

Cheers,
Rob

Why would you report a bug to A2A when you’re in the SU4 Beta? They are testing it just like most other devs at this point. If anything, the bug should be reported to Asobo since it’s their changes that are breaking third party aircraft.

One you bring it (EFB) up the yoke will disappear. Right clicking on the lower middle button on the EFB will attach it to the yoke.

The first full (NOT Early Access) v1.0.0 release of the Aerostar is out now.

Includes fixes, cargo options and a new RNAV unit and there's discussion of what comes next including a 2020 version of the Aerostar and news that the next plane with be "a brand-new type never modeled before at A2A"

I totally saw a 2020 version coming 🙂

That will make some people happy.

The possibility of an MSFS 2020 version is very interesting. It seems to indicate that A2A Simulations consider MSFS 2020 to still be a viable market opportunity going forward.
