  • It is an interesting and infinite topic, really. I will share from my context about our work, but I am obviously a biased entity, so please take that into account with what I say and consider it on th

  • Fenix.... never change.   Months of silence, then a video that speaks of a release on Tues- or Wednesday and then release one day earlier on a Monday.   That's how it's done. 👏

  • Winwing have updated Simapppro, FCU and MCDU now working.

Looks fantastic and for free. The proof, of course as always, will be in the performance especially VRAM usage. Looking forward to Tuesday/Wednesday!

Wondering if they fixed the FCU showing dashes without dot for SPD, HDG and VS when FDs are on but no data entered in the FMGS, and numbers when the FDs are off. The FSL does this a lot more accurately...

Probably the best airliner available for any flight simulator now, and they are going to make it even better!

My 5090 is ready for those impressive visual improvements. Having said that, this video showcases why Asobo needs to add ray traced reflections, at least inside the cockpit. Those screen space reflections are very distracting.

But what I'm most looking forward to are the new landing physics.

My Winwing Airbus FCU is arriving on Monday, just in time for this!

Regret purchasing FSLbus a week ago 😞

Fantastic! It seems like it is a complete uninstall of the old version and a complete fresh install of the new version. Is that a correct impression?

I was going to purchase it as well, but I held off after watching some V1 and Blackbox streams. One of the things that people praised it for the most (the flight model) didn't seem to be very good based on those streams.

iFly 737 MAX is already a great product, but much like the Fenix, the initial release for MSFS 2024 was only experimental. I'm sure they will add a bunch of features with the full 2024 release. One big advantage is that they won't have to worry about the flight model, as that's already as perfect as it can be for a desktop simulator.

In any case, I think we can all agree that iFly and Fenix are the best devs for Boeing and Airbus respectively.

I just went into GSX to activate the new seated passengers for the A350 after an update and saw that the Fenix 2024 versions are already in there. That was a strong hint that the BFU is around the corner finally.

I seriously doubt a video would be released to the public not a Beta and not from Fenix or any other major developer anyways. Sounds like some Reddit nonsense as this could have not come from Discord.

Edit: I would love to be proven wrong though but I doubt that.

This didn’t age well.

I hope the livery selection for 2024 has been fixed as well. It's a mess for the Fenix right now.
