I would certainly be willing to pay $5.00 for a month to try out any addon I am interested in purchasing to see if I actually like it or not. That would have saved me tons of money through my years of

  • I will never call PMDG overpriced again. 🤐

Holy moly! Kind of pricey... second @Dillons question if anyone tried it.

Wasnt this released a while back? or was that Beta?

It's been out a while via their website: https://css.aero/product/css-737-msfs looks like they've now put it up on simmarket as an alternative store. They mention it on this update: https://css.aero/post/news010825

Vote to fix transparent  sun visors having no effect on the sun glare effect in MSFS at: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/sun-shades-sun-visors-not-influencing-light-in-cockpit/691565/

£156? Or £66 per year?

Dream on....🙃

I was born on a day, but that day wasn't yesterday.

I'd be willing to pay untold sums for high quality study level planes, but I doubt this is really one of them... hard pass for me

Almost twice as much as the iFly max and PMDG 737. Huh???

To be fair, it is apparently a one time payment for all variants of the 737 Classic as and when they are released. That will mean the 300/400/500, but I do not know if it also includes every type of each one (passenger/freighter/winglets etc).

Oh! I didn't know that. Thought it was only the 500 variant. If indeed it also includes pax/cargo variants my interest just got piqued.

It includes all of them, passenger, cargo and combi. They’ve just released winglets and eyebrow windows. There’s also plans for a plethora of cockpit options.

They’ve also apparently hired an external sound maker that’s popular in the industry to redo the sounds. As well as recreating the -400 model from scratch that’s apparently of higher fidelity, visually, than the 500

obviously this all is “planned” and we’ll have to see if CSS is true to their word but yeah. In the interim I think it’s a safer choice just paying the annual or monthly “rental”. They’re not recurring subscriptions.

There is something a little off-putting, for lack of a better word, to be asked to pay upfront for a product(s) that I cannot enjoy, not even in early access, that are not even likely developed yet. I am quite unimpressed by such a strategy and consequently would avoid purchasing.  In doing so I would be paying for a promise that may or may not come through. It is not even that I do not trust the developer, but the first release was kind of lackluster, they are relatively new on the scene, and we may have MSFS2028 before they can finish all those variants to a high-fidelity level. This is a permanent hard pass for me.

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

156€ haha 🤑... looks like prices are not just spiraling completely out of control for food and energy.

But it is so great to finally be able to test planes, it was always my wish of having the demo version of addon-planes similar to demos that are available for almost all videogames. To check for visual fidelity, see if there are graphics and cockpit system glitches. Awesome I think I´ll get this plane for 6 bucks and test-fly it a bit. Always wanted to have a classic 737 with Smith Industries EIS, and the full retro instruments! And there is even the -600 version available.

Don't waste a cent on this developer.  They don't value customers.  ONLY your $. This was released a few months back and it was so broken that it was not usable for the first 3+ weeks. They said they would extend subscribers to compensate the terrible state of the release.  They only added 7 days when the product wasn't usable for almost a month. A PURE MONEY GRAB!
