Apparently if you are running the SU4 beta then you have the final release already.

'Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Sim Update 4 is on track to be released on Xbox, Windows PC, and Steam the week of December 8 – December 12! Please allow us to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated in the Sim Update 4 Beta. Your feedback allowed us to make significant improvements to the sim over the last several months.

While 1.6.32.0 will be released as the current live build, those participating in the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Beta will remain on 1.6.31.0 for a limited time after the general release.

1.6.31.0 and 1.6.32.0 are the same build, with the sole difference being the separate progression and leaderboards for those participating in the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Beta as detailed here: Changes to Career/Challenge League in the Sim Update 3 Beta

If you are currently participating in the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Beta and wish to return to the live build (and standard progression and leaderboards) after the general release, please follow the same instructions outlined here: How to Join or Leave the Beta

Thank you!

Hi @YukonPete,

The current beta build (1.6.31.0) is in almost all respects identical to the final SU4 release build (1.6.32.0). The only difference in the upcoming release build is that regular Career Mode progression will be restored (instead of all certifications being automatically unlocked in the beta for testing purposes) and there will no longer be a separate Challenge League leaderboard for those in the beta.

Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping the LOD issue is mitigated.  Looking forward to SU4 coming out of Beta.

Is it fixed in the current beta build? If not, could be in for a bit of a wait......

"and don't forget to like and subscribe guys, I'd like to also thank today's sponsor (oh what, you thought subscribing to youtube premium would save you from read out ads??), so it's been another HUGE week in flight simming that simply cannot pass without a 10 minute video from me explaining this to you, with some generic videos and a script written by AI that pads the video out as much as possible"

He was right about the release date though wasn't he?... Oh, wait!

Still have the stutter brought on by the beacon light at night. Great job adobo. Really hitting it out of the ballpark these days.
