July 27, 201114 yr I don't own FSX, but most of FSX users have complained about its heaviness in terms of fps since the beginning of the world. How is that now everyone is shocked by what I say? Suddenly FSX has become faster? No but hardware has.Further, I don't think that with such a complex aircraft as the 737 NGX, things will be that fast. You need to paruse these forums a bit more for the comments regarding that. What I say about the terrain display comes from my experience with the Maddog. Most times there is no frame loss, but when for example I fly through the mountains of the "Approaching Innsbruck" addon scenery, I get a visible and annoying decrease if I turn the terrain display on.Far more to do with the way that particular aircraft is programed than FSX.James, drop your preconceptions and don't fear FSX, embrace it :( Best Regards, Dan Parkin.
July 27, 201114 yr I think the pricing and package structure is very much inline with what most of us expected or hoped. My CC is smokin' from a new Sanydbridge project, but it's about to perfrom some overtime :( :( Regards, Al Jordan | KCAE
July 27, 201114 yr Due to the fact I'm not interested in the 800 or 900, it would run I guess around 100 bucks for the add-on. What a great price! Not. Can I afford it? Yes. Is it worth it? Not in comparison to other software and other add-ons.Pretty disappointed right now.Scott Cooper
July 27, 201114 yr Guys,The pricing on this airplane... it's practically a $teal ! For European friends (at least for those who are in €uro), it's ridiculously cheap!YEP! Very very GOOD price. 48.38842 euros today... Best regards, Fritz ESSONO
July 27, 201114 yr Yeah that is really good to know everything, the price is really reasonable even with the final price in two months is still quite a good deal to me. I just can't wait to finally put into practice the manuals I now got for so long (Must be about 7 months) as it was to be released soon. BNut well I got time to go through them, and I did 4 hours on the real simulator, so I guess Ican tell I'm perfectly fine and readyfor the bird to finally land in my computer :) Aurelien Vandoorine
July 27, 201114 yr Awesome. Was expecting pricing to be somewhere around this.Absolutely fair price for such an outstanding product. Thanks for keeping it affordable. Michar Breems

July 27, 201114 yr That's a superb price for what appears to be an incredible piece of software and a great achievement. I just run it through a price converter from Dollars to Pounds and for Sterling it converts to$69.99 = £42.74. The 600/700 converts to £15.25. Roughly £58.00 for four very unique simulated aircraft. That's fabulous. But how much is it going to cost to explain this to the wife??? I don't suppose PMDG do a 'smoothe things over with the wife package' Do they? That would be lovely. CheersRhydian Yeoman

July 27, 201114 yr There is a massive crowd of us FS2004 users who won't use FSX just for this plane. Much money your team wont be making. We will really like for you to make a FS2004 version, otherwise your company will go down. IFLY is better than you anyway. I know how immature PMDG is. They cannot take criticizm not even on Facebook. Shoot they deleted my postings yesterday. And to the smart aleck from facebook. This aint PS2 nor PS3 we can run FS2004 and its ridiculous to put Computers and gaming consoles in the same category. PMDG would not be downgrading they will be enlarging their cunsumer base if they are smart. If this post is deleted I know this PMDG has gotten so cocky they will disrespect anyone else who sounds off their right to speak. I will be reposteing this in another thread PMDG has no control over. -DoyleYour going down PMDG!, god this is sad news if only you had listened to this man. David Murden. July 27, 201114 yr Suddenly FSX has become faster? It's called FSX SP2. :)Congrats on the pending release. I'll be getting whatever you release for this masterpiece!!! Matt Webb
July 27, 201114 yr Congratulations! Pricing is spot on IMHO!! And now that the US Dollar is rather weak, it practically is a bargain with the exchange rate! It was relatively low when I lived in the US last year, but it has dropped 12,4% to my currency since then..I'm very much interested in all of the packages including 6/700, ER, BBJs and the Mil package! I hope you'll make them all! Thomas Danielsen - FAA Commercial Pilot, JAA ATPL
