The RL B1900 is a very stable flying machine and handles heavy amounts of icing very well. It's a very basic airplane with no autopilot so for me seeing a FMS in it is pretty disappointing, a simple garmin would've sufficed. That being said it is a rocket ship! Each 1279HP PT6 propels this bad boy like there's no tomorrow and is more than enough, too much, LOL. The RL airplane is very forgiving. I've had it at 17,000ft 15 miles from the landing airport and landed with no issues. I've also routinely had it at 245kts 4 miles from the runway and fully configured by 500ft on nice VMC days. The Mighty Beech is like flying a sports car. By far the most fun airplane I have flown. Hopefully Carenado made it justice.

The 'FMC' is the default GPS in disguise. No navigraph, nothing.

The 'FMC' is the default GPS in disguise. No navigraph, nothing.

I knew this would be the case....While it is a shame, it certainly doesn't come as a suprise.

Does their RealityXP Garmin option work in P3D-V2?

And the 2014 season of "Empty your wallet" has officially started... ^_^

Sounds like the so called"FMC" is coupling with the RealityXP GNS, if you have it insatlled. Funky man!

Their sales page says the FMC does not work if your are using the RealityXP Garmin option.

Best Regards,

Vaughan Martell  PP-ASEL KDTW

Not that I'm surprised with the lacking FMC, but be interesting to see how a retrofitted ISG GNSXLS FMC will work.

If I was a businessmann, I would see here a chance to make a buck. You buy a plane and then you buy the avionics according to your needs. Double price.
