I'm expecting the Transall to come out and basically never see the custom LNAV they're planning.

I'm curious what it is about Azurpoly's track record so far makes you think that ?

It s a typical Hans Hartmann, not perfect but much character. Hans allways needs ages to fiinish a project. Maybe Asobo took it away too early - if they had left it to Hans only 5 years longer, it would have been much better :-)

I like it - also without working circuit breakers.

I must say... more complex aircraft seem to take ages to develop.. and in MSFS they really struggle to work.. and after efter each SU they end often in trouble again..

For me personally the aircrafts seem to be in some sort of crisis...

Just finished flying maddog to PHNL, the aircraft that at present actually works for me.. And GSX pro which didn't work with A310 ... maybe because A310 dont work presently.. did work with Maddog...

but GSX has a bug where you need to shut down engines before GPU can be ordered.. And you cant do  otherwise when those two are cooperating. and another bug of switching of and on GPU every 20 seconds.....
 Its uphill...

This is veering to completely offtopic, but it's very simple. Just like FSS, they've never had to make a custom LNAV solution, or a custom FMC.

We're talking about something that, to do right, can take months with experienced developers. It's just harder and more work than the developers saying "oh it will come later" to get a good result.

Personally I'm not sure why you have such a downer on the idea of any company making it's first complex airliner but that's your choice.

We'll have to see how things work out in the long run.

I prefer it - especially without working circuit breakers. 😄

I found this plane rather fun to fly and really fits the void of regional turbo props. I had many memories (Dash 8 mostly) flying from Seattle to Portland (etc) in turboprops when home on leave.

Nothing more bad*** that seeing your city lights through the clouds on a loud plane like this.

It is different from the CRJ. The CRJ just feels "more" unfinished, sounds and all.  This is a good deal (13 bucks) for something pretty decent.

A lot of complaining...too much really...happens on this forum with stuff like this.

Hey everyone, I am trying to purchase on the Marketplace and when I click on the "Buy" button it shows "purchase in progress" and seems to hang. the same thing happened yesterday. I normally do not use the Marketplace for purchases but this is my only option for the ATR72. Anyone else experience an issues like this? I have been waiting about 15 minutes, still hanging, notification says "Purchase pending".

I got mine purchased and did a test flight from my home airport where they fly in and out of a lot. It is expert in a way because I didn't know what I was doing and the plane let me know it lol. Anyone that said the plane is twitchy needs to be quiet because it is NOT.

did a perfect fun flight eddm lowi and all fine, even flew the LOC26 approach. only thing is really the flightplan import (sorry I am lazy and have little time), when creating a plan using the MSFS world menu then the plan is not carried over into the ATR and when I download a simbrief pln in the CRJ format then I cannot "find" it either but that may really be a pilot error, will try to watch those training videos today and hope that flightplan import in covered in any of those...

Indeed. If you can't even be bothered to take the minute to put in a short hop like EDDM/LOWI by hand. 😉

well I did in the end, just by adding EDDM/LOWI and the SID/STAR, but yet I am wondering (and missing) why flightplans - both simbrief but also the native MSFS ones - are not carried over into the FMC

Are you on Steam?  I find that using steam if you add funds to your wallet first in steam the purchase will usually go smoothly.

Same for me yesterday. J solved by turning off antivirus ( all of them).
