September 20, 20241 yr Steam for me, the hard part is knowing which version to get 😵💫 can't afford the top two, so it's one of the others. Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1 Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)
September 20, 20241 yr It's going to be unbearable that's for sure around the MSFS spaces, people banging on about how they got the top tier package and to confirm to themselves it was worth it they will be saying how much better it is than MSFS, I just don't buy the fact that it will be that much different to someone like myself who has loved MSFS and put a lot more time into it than i thought i would (700 odd hours), but ultimately I'm not a serious flight simmer with all the gear. I think the reason for the high price is because they are factoring that they need to make the money from a smaller percentage of players, steam will still tell you that the majority of people are still rocking 1060's and 1660. The core sales will be on XBOX though. But when people are on here saying it light years better than MSFS, not a chance. Many times in my gaming life i've purchased the second game and ended up still playing the first more because of whatever reasons...... Being able to afford something but choosing not to buy it because of genuine reasons is sensible IMO. Anyone who feels the need to willy wave over buying a 'premium' game or having an expensive set up is pointless. My mortgage is 4 times the price of this game every month, but personally i'll stick with MSFS as it still as great as it ever was and i won't pretend this new one isn't just MSFS with some tacked on 'career' mode... I think we all will agree here with you. I see 2024 as a great refinement/upgrade/improvement in so many ways plus it comes with 10 additional airplanes I have been looking forward to for so long: Cessna Titan + Courier, Saab 340, KingAir C90, B737, and TADA: Pilatus PC-12 NGX and PC-24. I wouldn't even think of explaining to my wife the difference between Merlot and Riesling wine, she only loves fruit juice and will never touch alcohol. so whatever floats your plane .... September 20, 20241 yr we get just 45 new i mean NEW planes and i think that those handcrafted airports are allready existing update and base airports ported from msfs2020. Just my thought. Aviators give 30 local legend and famous flyer which are allready published. Edited September 20, 20241 yr by tmholopa
September 20, 20241 yr i n the real world i am going for the premium or the aviators. premium you get 45 flyables and aviators give you 30 more for just 2 euros a piece. 220 euros aint cheap, but what you get with it, is.

I have a simple "E:\MSFS\Community" (and \Official or whatever it's called) on my system. If you didn't set it up that way at install you can just copy/move your existing folders and put an entry in the "usercfg.opt" to locate them. Not at my simpc right now so can't show you the actual code but I'm sure Google can tell you. cheers Edited September 20, 20241 yr by andy1252 text Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. I personally can't see that the moment of loading up MSFS 24 will be anywhere near that moment i loaded up MSFS for the first time and flew over my house.... After watching every video on YT that I could find on MSFS 2024, I see a much improved sim. Specifically the terrain, vegetation, trees, etc. There's still lots of unanswered questions: Will it really load faster? Why is the the handle bar still visible? Why are cars still driving underneath bridges? Why are roads and cars still not at the level of XP? Why do some PG trees still look like those in 2020? How much have they really improved the planner? How much has the AI Traffic improved? How about the ATC? How much better is the weather? We'll soon find out for ourselves. Lastly, I don't care about 80, 000 Helipads if KBKV (my home airport) is not updated. I will still buy the standard version because I want to support ASOBO, but hope that this time around that they will focus more on the core sim and not so much the scenery. The scenery, excluding bugs, looks pretty amazing! MSFS
