September 25, 20241 yr These guys have absolutely no idea how to improve the ATC. Something I said for many years now and was laughed at, especially by @Krakin - I told you so! 😛 They don't want to touch it with a stick. My god, this is depressing but not surprising. Here is to BATC and SI to get their products to a pristine state and cheaper in maintenance. Edited September 25, 20241 yr by Drumcode Jacek G. Impression I got from Jorg is they are getting ready to throw in the towel on ATC and thinking about turning it over to one of those companies. Eric

We have AI solutions now that seem to work much better, but I think the cost for such a solution would be very cost prohibitive at the moment to offer it as an in-sim solution.
September 25, 20241 yr Lots of comments being deleted in their twitch stream. It's clear there are frustrations with this dev Q&A. It's unfortunate they go right for the delete button. Explains why we haven't seen any new autogen buildings for a while That is rather disappointing. Are they making improvements to the autogen themselves, or are we stuck with square shaped oil/gas tanks for the rest of eternity? I'm not positive, but I think they said they're working on their own code to improve it. Hope I didn't mishear that...

Jörg said BS.AI system was too limited, they will rework the autogen in-house (Asobo). 9800X3D@H150i // Msi RTX 5090 Trio OC // 64GB DDR5 6000mhz CL30 // 2TB + 1TB Nvme Dell 27" 2127DGF - 1440p - Gsync - 165hz Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus // TCA Quadrant Airbus // TFRP T.Flight Rudder Pedals // Logitech Flight Multi Panel
September 25, 20241 yr I think too much is made of that "81% 8-core CPU usage" comment. They made MSFS 2024 more multi-threaded, so the fact that it uses more of the CPU is a good thing. This doesn't mean that it will necessarily need 12 cores. I can't imagine that a 7800X3D, or the upcoming 9800X3D, will be a bottleneck. Edited September 25, 20241 yr by RNAVV19R
September 25, 20241 yr Martial always seems so annoyed, makes you wonder why so many issues in MSFS2020 are not addressed.
September 25, 20241 yr Looks like martial has a lot of homework to do for all the follow-ups. Edited September 25, 20241 yr by Merawen
