Three or four years of marketing mailshots, emails, even phone calls. Eventually, I decided to go for it. Took 'em three months to send someone round who took one look and said they couldn't install it to my house (essentially, couldn't be *rsed to dig up my drive). Back to BT. Download for me less than 10 mins, started now and doing its "loading language" thing.
