So are those features part of the scenery and not the NGX? either way I'll be happy with it.

The animated people are features of Orbx scenery with a technology they call PeopleFlow. It's being added to all their addon airports. The one shown in the Facebook video is Coffs Harbour. However, as far as I know, PeopleFlow is not used on player aircraft at this point, only static AI aircraft.

Purchase page is here - definitely not free but it's worth it, this is the best standalone combat sim in a very long time.http://www.digitalco...cr=shop〈=en
This has been on my list for quite a while, quick question have they sorted the TrackIR 64bit issue? I would go as far as saying this is the most realistic sim created for a home platform.

I love these questions, not knocking on anyone but, will my system run NGX?Core i7 920 overclocked to 3.81 liquid cooledtwo power supplies 1800w totalGigabyte X58-UD5 Mobo12 gb RamThree Gigabyte SOC GTX 470 Video cards liquid cooled5 Acer 20" monitiors running Nvidia 2d surroundA 4 drive 1.5gb Raid 0 array for system/boot1 80 Gb SSD for FSXThree WD 1 gb HHD for storage and junkN standard wireless internet and 10/100/1000 wired on 24 port switch The answer? I can't even run FSX some days. If willing it runs great, but so buggy some days I just want to throw the whole thing out the window. I figure NGX should run on any machine that runs FSX desently now. I'm sure the team know how to use the latest optimization technics know to the programing folks. We will know soon enough.

Hi Rob. Yes they (Natural Point) has put out drivers that are 64bit compatible so it does work in the 64bit DCS A10. Awesome sim btw. Don't know why anyone wastes their time with military attack/fighters in FS when they have DCS. Its the PMDG of military aircraft. Jack Colwill

So true...I'm just blown away by both the fidelity and the details included in the DCS A-10C sim...and I have barely scratched the surface of it so far.

No. I'm just kidding you've got yourself a monster I think? I'm not sure But I think it should.

Ryan, Vin or RSR- any way you guys can start a topic with NGX updates, pics etc. and lock it?The banter and off topic stuff is getting really tiresome and even frustrating to read thru. im sure many of us just want to read official comments anyway.-thanks

We will not be locking any threads for people who don't like to read through forum threads. Sorry, but this is the nature of a forum. If you are time challenged or otherwise frustrated reading through a forum thread, then stick with the first post of the thread and you'll be on top of most 'official' announcements. Any official comments will be on the first post of the thread. If we lock the thread, then there will be no replies, comments or questions from our visitors. If there are no questions comments or replies from our visitors, then there will be no need for any additional comments from PMDG anyway, right? If the forum banter has you feeling overwhelmed, we do offer some easy alternatives:We have a YouTube Channel you can subscribe to and you will be notified via email when there is an update. You can also join us on our Facebook Page which will also notify you by email, if you choose, when there is an official update, or you can just pop on daily like the other half billion people on Facebook. Any updates from PMDG will appear on your wall if you "like" our page. From Facebook, we direct our subscribers to this forum when there is an update here, and there is also some exclusive content there as well. You can also visit our Home Page, but this does not get updated as often, but you'll definitely see a release notification there when the time comes.
