February 26, 201313 yr Look at those winglets! ^_^ First flight is quickly approaching now! Regards, Ró. Rónán O Cadhain.

February 26, 201313 yr Darn...I've got to go clean up my drawers now, then back to the PMDG waiting room. Robert Yunque
February 26, 201313 yr This is now a chance where Airbus can potentially clean up with the issues that the 787 is having. Like it
February 26, 201313 yr It's an angry looking face though? needs some makeup... Clive NorthropOEDF
February 26, 201313 yr Looking a lot better than the last time we saw her! This is MSN001 (the first bird to fly) right? or is it MSN5000, the one they're going wreck in the static load test? Is it bad of me that I hope they will also post videos of that? John-Alan Pascoe

February 26, 201313 yr Exciting times, the wings were built 30 miles from here. Can't wait to see her fly and for that wing to flex. This is Airbus' chance to take the market that the 787 is currently going to risk losing once economies pick up. A strong performer from the start and we could see Airbus completely surpass Boeing with this one. Lawrence Ashworth
February 26, 201313 yr Looks great, without paint the nosecone is black like on the old airliners. Won't stay that way though. Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

A strong performer from the start and we could see Airbus completely surpass Boeing with this one. Yeah right, this bird looks like those early Russian test planes when they were trying to perfect the process. The A320 series were sharp looking aircraft but this looks pretty bad visually not near on the same level as the 787. Aside from looks things aren't going to change like your suggesting. What Boeing needs to do is bring things back in house so they can oversee what's going on. The round the world building model isn't working. Once the 787 is back the 350 will be just like the 340, irrelevant in the larger scheme of things... It's not an attractive design again unlike the A320/330 series (the new Boeing like winglets on the new A320 series is another crappy style choice). Not to start a Boeing vs Airbus fight but the design choices coming from Airbus are far from revolutionary and come off as copy cating. An example of style, practicality, and innovation is the 737MAX's winglets. Airbus in contrast disposed of their unique design and chose Boeing's older winglet model. I tilt my hat to the A380 though but nothing new like that is on the horizon for Airbus just old ideas... February 26, 201313 yr The way i see it if you can taje an old idea and improve on it you are doing well, isnt that how innovation works? Sent from my Galaxy SIII using Tapatalk 2
