September 21, 201312 yr I don't seem to have a DX10SceneryFixer\Working directory in the AppData folder. I will add this, but which options are affected? EDIT: I have just noticed that the DX10 Compatible Lights were disabled. I am sure that I enabled them at the start, but I will check on my next flight to see if certain issues have vanished. By the way, Steve......my water reflections (the light parts that give the impression of waves) are purple in colour at the moment, rather than white. Is there something that I can do to fix that? Note it should be in: <username>\AppData\Local\DX10SceneryFixer\Working directory

September 21, 201312 yr Note it should be in: <username>\AppData\Local\DX10SceneryFixer\Working directory I do have one in that directory, so I will delete the other one! I am still not sure how I disabled the DX10 lights, but it will be a nice surprise if my issues are resolved because of this  Christopher Low AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU / 64GB DDR5-6000 RAM / 12GB Nvidia RTX 4070 Super GPU / Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite Wifi 7 / 1+2TB Samsung Evo Plus M2 Nvme UK2000 Beta Tester

September 21, 201312 yr I am aware of one installation issue. If your user doesn't have administrator rights then post install one of the two users may be missing the <username>\AppData\Local\DX10SceneryFixer\Working directory [CORRECTED] This can impact the conversion of effects. I will work on a solution but if you experience this problem you can for now just create the missing directory If you haven't already done so, or made other arrangements, perhaps you could get AVSIM admin to create a support forum for you so gems like this can be tracked and pinned at the top. September 21, 201312 yr congratulations very (un)useful reply sir! Yeah, I'm not a big fan of someone asking for a laundry list of items and then adding a rolling of the eyes icon when no one jumps on taking the time to buy all the addons to give an answer. Seems you might be better off just buying the Fixer since you already have all the costly addons and see for yourself as these are more hardware performance issues on a personal system than known DX10 issues that the fixer was made for. But yeah, when asking for help, you might want to not roll your eyes. i9-13900K O/C | ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero | 32GB DDR5 6000MHz Kingston FURY | RTX 4090 24GB | 2x SSD M.2 (2TB Samsung 990 PRO) 1x SSD (4TB Samsung 870 EVO) | Windows 11 Home | H20: HydroLux PRO:HardLine Tubing| 1000w PSU | Starlink WiFi

September 22, 201312 yr With respect to the FlyTampa products, especially OMDB and CYUL, still not showing up perfectly under the fixer, the ball is in Martin's court. He and his team need to look at other types of textures to develop their PAPI and approach lights, as other great developers, like FSDT, have done. There is nothing to lose by giving FlyTampa polite, constructive feedback in their forum. September 22, 201312 yr Hi all! I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem. Awhile ago, I installed Steve's 3.2.2 shader files into FSX and it worked great. Later, I uninstalled this, going back to DX9. Today I tried to re-install the 3.2.2 files, running the BAT file and it says' the DX10 shaders are already deleted, now run FSX in DS10 preview mode'. When I do this, my FSX splash screen will come up for a couple seconds, and then disappear with nothing loading.I would like to buy Steve's fixer program but I'lm afraid it might not run because of this problem. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Terry
