And then this mod stacks more frame generation on top of that. In your video above, at 7:31 he says doing this type of FG stacking on a 4090 has been reported on his site that they are "being blown away" with joy at the now stupendous frame rates (instead of just enormous). I can't see any point in using this mod with a 4090, what will I gain by getting more than the 100+ fps I already have without it? June 12, 20241 yr I have a 3090. 43” 4k TV. Usually lock frames at 30, 1/2 refresh in MSFS settings. I’ve left that the same but with the app now get 60 flat out, apart from Heathrow will FSLTL traffic where it dips into the low 50s. That’s out of the box no tweaking of settings!

June 12, 20241 yr So, it would be great if folks could start sharing the combination of settings in NCP and LS that work best for them. Specifically asking about these two, as explained in the posted follow up video that settings like in-game (DX11 vDX12, etc.) and AutoFPS operate independently of LS and will be more closely tied to individual system specs. I've been tweaking both NCP and LS not sure I've landed on the best combo yet.

Supposedly you will gain smoothness and fewer stutters. I do. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
June 12, 20241 yr I use Nvidia Surround. This app does not play well with Surround. At least so far, not for me. Maybe I have the settings wrong. If I don't use Surround then it works great. But I have to use Surround or give up my double wide view. I use Surround for everything on this computer. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. June 12, 20241 yr 240 refresh rate Followed the video and set NCP global max to 240 fps and FS program max to 120 fps Testing at KJFK and everything thing works smoothly. Only issue is I'm seeing artifacts/blurries (external view, back edges of the plane) just before I reach takeoff speed on the ground. Once airborne it goes away. Same on landing until I reach taxi speed. In air all is fine. Quick question. The LS FPS counter reads 55/98 etc. Does that mean I'm getting 55 fps or something else?

June 12, 20241 yr I usually get decent performance, except when doing silly things, like running 100% AIG traffic at JFK... Might give this a go. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
June 12, 20241 yr I think the stutter problem happens mostly for anyone without 4000 series who is using the FG mod to get FG into the game because they don't have native FG. Like Island Flight Sim who has a 3080 ti. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.
