Not sure what else to try. Had the same issue. I ended up buying via the web site, after restarting the iniManager the plane showed up as purchased and I’m able to install via the app.

Just did it myself and then downloaded and installed via the app with no issues. When entering ZWF (and such), use the keyboard below and "ENTER" To scroll down and select a SID, use cursor keys on the keyboard just below, to the right of keys "ESC" and "CLR INFO" Had the same "problem"... 😊
