Mores the shame the 737 couldn't just be left behind and they were focused on the Queen all this time.

Funny how the 777 sound set was so close to release and then Boris drops his sound package and now PMDG pulled the 777 team over to the 737 which allows them more time to collect some 777 recordings.

PMDG back in October. We are in the final approval stages for a sound package update that will initially appear in the 777-300ER, 777F and 777-200LR packages.

Very impressive list of systems and features, but I think the most important thing that people will want to know is.......have they eliminated the "wobble" before initiating a turn?

I don't think so. I've seen in one or two clips where it still bounces before initiating the turn, right before passing the waypoint, while most YouTubers choose to change the view elsewhere—very deceiving on their part, especially given this known bug. Unfortunately, most of these reviews focus on generating revenue from views/clicks, memberships, and free software, while many lack product knowledge or choose to hide certain aspects.

Yes, the usual suspects are also doing this with the delayed cockpit rendering bug as well, returning to a view in the cockpit that is looking out of a side window etc.
Although AvAngels video was full of the issue the other day.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

Upgrade being free or not Doesn’t effect me either way because I don’t own the 2020 737 so I was destined to pay full price even if it was a free upgrade

I don't really get people guessing the upgrade price, most people will be miles out.

AMD 9800X3D,  NZXT X73 RGB AIO COOLER, Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite WIFI7, 64GB 6000MHZ RAM, 4TB Samsung Pro NVME, 4 TB Crucial P3+ NVME, 4TB Crucial SSD, Gigabyte Gaming OC Geforce RTX5090, Antec C8 ARGB Case, X55 JOYSTICK/THROTTLES, LG 4K C4 42" TV/Monitor 120 Hz, 2 Dell 1080 monitors. Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Bravo Throttle. Thrustmaster TPR Pedals. Moza AB6 FFB Joystick, Pimax Crystal Light VR, Tobii Eye tracker, Steelseries Arctis 7+ Wireless Headphones.

At $50, if in fact that is what it ends up being, they can go pound sand. $20 sounds about reasonable, and even that wouldn’t exactly put a smile on my face.

Cheers, Pete

Yes, but someone will be correct.. and they get bragging rights 😄

Excellent news.  If ChasePlane is released this week also, it’ll be a wonderful holiday season … and I actually have 2 weeks of vacation … might just be long enough to do one flight 😉

the U.S. Air Force purchased a bag of bolts for $90,000.

We buy in bulk, so we get them CHEAP 😂

I would feel much better if this was truly a feature complete 737NG package and even be happy with a high upgrade price but so far PMDG has not really showed me anything that excites me.  I like PMDG and own most of there products but they have done a horrible job of providing for the community and it seems we are supposed to just take it with our wallets open.  Yeah maybe I am a bit OCD about certain things.  If they charge me $200 for the 737NG package for FS2020 and fail to provide what I am looking for (and many others) than do a remodel and expect me to pay money again without said changes it makes me hesitate in investing in the product again.

We now more than ever really need iFly to announce an NG series for FS2024.  They have done it before so I am sure they could again.  I have heard they want to do it but they are a small team and they are deep into the MAX.

I think PMDG has proven to be a pretty greedy outfit.  If they deliver it might be worth it but not even having a non winglet model available for example is pure laziness.  If the upgrade is free it is what it is but I have a hard time paying for something that is failing to provide features I desire.  Heck even if PMDG announced said features in a future update I would be happy.  Heck even officially telling us we are in fact getting the MAX and sooner rather than later I might just bite.  However failing to provide what I am looking for (and likely many others) and playing Foosball with the MAX why would I invest in them again?

As for upgrade pricing it should be $10 or under.  It will likely be $20 to $40 per model with the 600 possibly being less.  Most users likely own the FS2020 version and PMDG has an investment to protect.  I imagine 90% of the sales will be upgrade pricing if not more.  The upgrade is likely going to pinch a bit!

No that‘s not a *new* feature show post - they literally list *all* the features of the 737, even those from the FSX-era (they even quote that themselves). There are new features, but the list is basically what we always had plus the new features you already know from the previews

I find this post a little.. deceptive, it’s a little difficult to see what's new and what already in the 737 currently.

Yep, deception is the keyword. Make it seem like an entirely new aircraft by simply listing all bolts and screws, and then sell it for the respective price

if only people would actually read the WORDS instead of acting like little gossips :

737 Features, part one

As we approach release, it is time to showcase some of the system simulations that run behind the visual model of our 737. As you probably know, that is what we believe should be the core of a good MSFS aircraft. Today we do A to C, two more episodes to come!”

you guys should feel ashamed of yourselves

and no, I’m not kidding

I hope it'll release to Marketplace at the same time, but I highly doubt it.

So, basically, NOBODY makes you happy…?

Might be time to switch to GA. A2A and Black Square are extremely detail oriented.

Oh, and as a guy who spent a lot with PMDG back in P3D, NOBODY made you pay $200 for a “737 package” in MSFS. 😂

When iFly offers a $35 Max and a $50 787, I’ll be sure to jump in.

BtW, are you a politician…?🤣
