Also, for those running EZCA, there's an option in the options ( where else..?) that makes the middle mouse button act like the spacebar when pressed. It doesn't mess with the scrolling at all, either. This way you can use one hand to look around! It's quite handy. -

There's a button somewhere in the settings that I use. It's something like spacebar emulator or something like that. I've got that bound to my middle mouse button click (not scroll). It just treats whatever key binding you want as a spacebar push allowing you to look around!

Crashed plenty of times haha...sometimes I stop caring. The most annoing I had was approaching KMSP after trying to be as realistic as I possibly could (all out..blacked out the room, had all my charts and checklists, put on my suit and made some paper epaulettes...not really). Anyways, everything was looking beautiful. A little x wind, not too bad, but it was enough to make me feel good about myself. 50, 40, 30 ,20, 10....OOM!! WHAT??!?!?! Only time that has ever happened to me. I moped for awhile after that.

Carenado has great visuals, but the flight dynamic is nowhere near the real thing. I'm doing my training in a 172, and what I did was replace the fde from carenado's with the freeware real air one (file is mentioned in an earlier post). That way it flies close to the real thing, AND I didn't waste 30 bucks ! lol. Go real air.

I remember reading somwhere once that crash detection can also decrease performance! Don't knowif that's true or not though haha..

I'm curious for your opinion on this as you're a 330 captain. Why will this not go away if it's not that big of a deal. Qatar just deferred their deliveries until they figure out what's going on with the wings. Not shooting you down at all just curious!

Not gonna make it any better lookin...so terribly ugly. Also, sorry but I don't think you'll ever see a PMDG A380 as some devs have echoed similar words as the ones above...

Hahaha I did the same thing! I'm running fsx on my hp 8460, and the screen is a little small. So I plugged it into my 32" samsung and plopped it on the desk. Now I sit on my chair to watch tv. The best part is I now have my laptop as an extended desktop for EFB stuff!

Don't use FSX ATC...that's the only way. I tried for a long time, but it's no fun. Run liveatc in the background. Adds some nice ambiance haha. -
I'm gald that wasn't just ONE poly...I was gonna say how in the world could you have possibly seen that haha.
