I find myself even drifting back to FS5.1 on occasion Ollie.  Sometimes I get stutters when using FS95 :p0805:

Has anyone tried the OPTIMIZE_PARTS fix on FS98?  I swear my fps went from 400 to 402... best fix ever!

Yep, for sure and that .5% performance increase will allow you to move your FS98 sliders full right now.

 

 

Change your FIBRE_FRAME_FRACTION to 0.01...it should give you a 4000% increase in FPS.

Just wait for the Fog version of FS98 and you won't need those.

Only for FS98. But on the other hand you do have default airport buildings being shown, which is a plus!

I suggest moving up to a system with the Intel 200 MHz Pentium Pro processor, which will also future proof your investment.

Count me out on all this, for I refuse to lower myself to use any sim that is sold for "personal entertainment" uses.
