November 30, 20169 yr Moderator Tough question when all those airports have marvelous 3rd party airports. I'm not going to buy the product since I use only 3rd party airports but to help the people saying Boston, I cast a vote for... KBOS Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
November 30, 20169 yr Why not KBWI? I'll guess i'll vote for my hometown KDCA even though i have the Tropsim one. Could use an improvement. KBOS second but yes FlyTampa on the way Jason Weaver - WestWind Airlines; FlyUK Airlines; VirtualUnited.org
November 30, 20169 yr The most lacking of all mentioned is KBWI, by far. Especially in regard to real world traffic. I have a very good KDCA and an additional surrounding scenery named WashingtonDCX Hi Res, freeware from a Larry.... Excellent combination. November 30, 20169 yr Why not KBWI? The most lacking of all mentioned is KBWI, by far. Both of you.....great call!
November 30, 20169 yr KBWI is never on ANY developers list!!! What's wrong with KBWI? I won't buy the REX product until I see KBWI! :Shame On You: Airbus Al Kaupa Digital Storm purchased 8/17/2011; Win7x64: Asus P8P67 Deluxe; Intel i7 2600K@3,9 GHZ; nVidia GTX 560Ti; 8GB DDR3 1600 Corsair Dominator; Power Corsair HX 750W; Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD; 300GB WD VelociRaptor; 1TB Seagate.
November 30, 20169 yr REX guys - You may want to clarify what this actually is. It seems many think these are new custom airports and not aware this is only updating the handful of airports that in the default FSX/P3D had the more customized design/textures. BWI, as much as I would love to see a customized version of this is not one of the detailed airports in FSX/P3D. November 30, 20169 yr I'd focus on regional airports that nobody has done yet. KBOI, KEUG, KTYS, KILM, KSAV, KLEX, KRIC, KSAT, KDMA, KABQ...mostly, places with class C airspace. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. A great landing is when you can reuse it." i9 64GB RAM, GTX-5090
November 30, 20169 yr I think that the suggestions have ended up off topic... What REX are doing is doing bespoke textures for the original default-enhanced airports that FSX & now P3D ship with which aren't otherwise changed by default by REX HD Airport textures.
