August 6, 20214 yr This is what SU5 should have been at launch. The sim is usable again. Trees in photogrammetry scenery are still way way way too big. Please fix this again Asobo. When I start up MSFS it says I have a mandatory update available in the Windows Store. But everytime I go to the store it shows 1.18.14.0. August 6, 20214 yr Many things have been fixed in my usage. Seafront...I now have your cruise ships showing up in the PNW channels and with wakes! Never had that before Hotfix. Prop blur no longer has artifacts. Smooth as silk, with all my FPS returned (mysterious!) by having run the sim for around 15 minutes. They crept back up, those initially lost 5 FPS. Weird! Everything (with Bloom off) looks good now...well, enough to enjoy the usage once more. I will say now, that yes, SU5 (applied Hotfix) is truly a tweaked and upgraded experience for smoothness, and FPS gain. Now, it is. So, ..usable once more, and enjoyable once more. Asobo, you pulled the hat out of the fire...but don't throw it in again, with SU6....(smile). Edited August 6, 20214 yr by Sesquashtoo

I had to do that for the previous hotfix. Otherwise store wouldn’t show an update but msfs told me there was a mandatory update I needed 5800X3D, 4090FE, 64GB DDR4 3600C16, Gigabyte X570S MB, EVO 970 M.2's, Alienware 3821DW and 2 22" monitors, Corsair RM1000x PSU, 360MM MSI MEG, MFG Crosswind, T16000M Stick, Boeing TCA Yoke/Throttle, Skalarki MCDU and FCU, Logitech Radio Panel/Switch Panel, Spad.Next
