The basic context is “I have not used or ever tried XYZ (be it software, car, etc.), but I have an opinion and must be heard” … welcome to the internet of utter BS.  Part of the “I have a right to lie or else it’s Tyranny” group which seem to be a majority now.

Much like last time you were also afraid to call me out. Guess I really struck a nerve cause you detest being wrong. Just like you were wrong about how humans perceive vision and how quickly they do so. Oh well.

I’m not going to get into my credentials on why I speak on the topics that I do, it’s your choice to believe it or not.

You don’t earn any points with the choir going on word salad rants because you have some kind of superiority complex and need to air it out. You were wrong, point blank, get over it. You do this over and over again. This is embarrassing

Well, a potential buyer asked something similar on the FSL forum but since he is not a customer yet, no access to MSFS section, he won't get a reply.

that's so messed up...

Same mistakes all over again. Wow, some companies just never change.

I'm _SO_ glad i have alternatives nowadays.

I am surprised there there are still zero reviews on YouTube from any of the good channels! It's been a while since this released but there's nothing at all. Usually a big new release has reviews out within days, certainly within a week. I wonder why this is!

Do the terms or something prevent reviews?

There are some streams, but again, nothing from any of the usual suspects (320SimPilot, V1, A330Driver, ITB.. a few more I can't remember right now).

I can't imagine that these guys are holding out for a free copy - I mean, it's not THAT expensive. I would pick it up expect that the malware thing turned me off (and sounds like the customer support isn't great), and also I really don't need another 320. But it would be nice to see what's so special (if anything) about FsLabs in 2024.

V1 confirmed he has no intentions of grabbing the FSL, which is unfortunate because he does a fantastic job of breaking down the numbers and commenting on feel, systems, etc.

He said if it were the NEO for 2024 he would, but not a CEO for 2020.

I guess most people feel the same way then.

Oof that’s more scathing than anything he could have said in a review.

ITB did mention in recent video he may do an FSL video.

The tune will change I think once the NEO comes out. Many including myself are waiting for that one.

Well how long do you expect to wait for that to happen as these guys don't work swift? They had been better off releasing a A330 or the Concorde first. They would probably get more traction with those products on a new platform and sometimes I just don't get some of these developers thinking process and their release schedule, but hey I don't run a development company either so whatever they think they can sell in a saturated market by all means go for it. Only the psychotic (High fidelity/ Study Level, whatever) flyers and I don't see a bunch of them using MSFS will touch that NEO too especially if it releases to 2020 first.

I admit I'm tempted by the NEO. Big caveat though - if Fenix decide to announce a NEO before the FSL is released I'd happily wait for them to release theirs, even if that means waiting a few months/a year longer than the FSL.

Now, I don't own the FSL A321 and there aren't an awful lot of videos/reviews out there but I watched a stream yesterday and my personal opinion is that it doesn't deliver anything above the Fenix that would even tempt me remotely. The textures and sounds look and sound inferior. The systems are seemingely on par. The atmosphere on the flight deck just doesn't come across in the same sense as with the Fenix and the stuff they added that's unique to the FSL to me are quite frankly gimmicks

Based on the stream I saw the MEL log tells you things like "reading light seat 3C inop". The thing doesn't even have a cabin modelled...

MEL management doesn't suit my type of flying anyway. I have limited time to spend in the sim, sifting through hundreds of pages of manuals to figure out what impact some obscure MEL has on my flight isn't my definition of fun but I respect that others might feel differently. To me there's a fine line between striving for the most realistic simulation possible and missing the turn somewhere that goes "should have just become a real pilot". I fly enough as a passenger each year that I don't need things like MELs and broken reading lights in the sim. When I fire up the sim I want to have an aircraft that has all relevant systems modeled accurately and gives me the feel of flying a real Airbus/Boeing etc. I don't want to troubleshoot random problems, I do enough of that in my job every day.

What's next, MSFS Disruption Simulator? "Eurocontrol are short staffed today, you have incurred a 60 minute slot delay. Please taxi to the remote holding area, switch off your engines and stare at your screen for an hour before taking off".

So, A330 Driver considers MSFS 2020 to be outdated already?

I personally don't follow what he says - his opinion sometimes are biased as well as his attitude towards products. He thinks he's the best just because he is in right hand seat of an airbus widebody yet fails to demonstrate one of most important skill essential for CRM. He has got good tutorials on his channel but when it comes to reviewing products I'd rather watch someone else (flightdeck2sim, A320simpilot, easyjetsimpilot, V1simulations...etc)

I get this information message from FSLabs A320X before P3D even loads to its first aircraft selection (splash) screen.

Question: Do FSLabs A321 MSFS2020 users see this happening?

Note: I have to Uncheck that box each time I start P3D.

So we’re first officer shaming real pilots here in plane game land?  Cool.
