Reduce your settings. I'm not sure the VRAM amount on your 3000 series card, but my 2080 has 12GB's and that seems to function fine. Haven't had any studders yet. I run my LOD at 150 to 200 if I'm feeling bold. Anything above that will bring my card to its knees.
