A320Neo V2:

I still can't use the EFB. I can only turn it on and off and control the brightness, but I can't click anything on the EFB. I've had this problem since the beginning with the Neo and still have it in the current version. Anyone have an idea?

I just did a lap around the pattern in the 172 with a direct 15 knot crosswind from the left (the maximum demonstrated crosswind). It was perfectly controllable -- certainly required quite a bit of right rudder, but you'd expect that at the maximum demonstrated crosswind.

Read my post more carefully, Im not talking about high crosswind components, as I said the affect seems to be overdone at light crosswind components Im talking 5 knot crosswind where it should require quite minimal correction even in the light taildraggers I fly like the Savage Cub.

Ah, got it. Sorry, I did go back now and saw that you were talking about light crosswinds. Agree that those shouldn't require large corrections.

I'm using ASFS. Had a near perfect 90 min flight last night which I'm uploading as my first sim video in 7 years or so .. Except landing. Fsw Lear, not a LIGHT plane, YMAV manual ILS final 500 ft a few feet above threshold I was swept to the right. It was go around or set down before I was on grass. Checked winds was 4kts crosswind. I had full left rudder and made no difference. Plane just went sideways didn't even yaw/crab from memory.

Might be an issue with the Lear rudder too but still it's not feeling right at all. Point is I don't know if ASFS works by using its own winds or is it controlling the msfs sdk wind 'engine'? However it gets there it's still only a 4 knot wind kicking me into the dirt!

I have had the same issue since I got msfs well before I installed ASFS. Gusts and crosswinds have never felt right in the sim.

Today I tested the Inibuilds A320 in a EDDF/LIMC flight and it's no bad at all, in my opinion we have a very nice FBW alternative. Yesterday in the evening I installed the enhancements and the A320 resulted very CPU/GPU heavy, but today I found it much more enjoyable and lighter on the pc resources. What about a reliable simbrief profile? I found one at flightsim.to, but it seems to be short in fuel.

Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).

Just had my virgin EHAM-ENGM NOZ123X flight on Vatsim in the MD-82 and all went well . I doubt Leonardo has made any changes to the default groundhandle but i allready like what they did.

Now ENGM is really something you should pickup (Aerosoft) and spent a 30 minutes look around . Low sun it might be the best ever made.

Precisely.

Seb has an accent too, but he is much more comfortable in English, and has no problem speaking in depth about sim features and technology. Jorg has the tiniest trace of a German accent, but like many Germans, is as fluent in English as any native speaker.

Martial made it very clear that they have no plans allocating any working hours to fix it a few Q&A's ago.

Ground handling (slower taxi speed) better other than that not really noticed anything..

Oh, they haven't fixed the ATC like they said they had

very nice.

The French like Poirot are special folk.  Poirot will tell you that he is Belgium though.

This build is great in the HJET after I made a couple sensitivity changes.  Controls feel more natural now.  Still turns on a dime but more natural now.

Once again kudos to the MSFS team.

Also the clouds look great in addition to the turbulence movement which I really like.
