$55 seems reasonable imo.

That's just unrealistic

Just as expecting customers to pay that much for a product that is unfinished.

TFDi, FSS, and even Fenix (albeit equivalent of $10 less at launch), shows that they can. 🤷‍♂️

I REALLY hope Flight1 isn't the only storefront. It requires its own app too and even though I have an account, all my stuff there was purchased for P3D and there is no reason to buy anything there. They literally have ZERO MSFS products and this would be the only one. I really hope I don't need to reinstall their stupid agent. I already have Orbx, Aerosoft One, SimMarket... And I have a ton of JF Purchases. I would even buy directly from iFly if I didn't have to purchase through Flight1's janky portal.

From what I read on Discord, it will be installed using iFlys own installer.

Question that remains: are taxes included or excluded? If taxes are added the price it's the same as PMDG - whereas you get 3 versions of the 737 with PMDG. I hope ifly will include the taxes.

Taxes are almost never included. Nearly impossible in this day & age of Internet & multi-country sales.

But is it independent information or does he have some kind of link with Ifly ?

He mains X-Plane and the free Zibo.

Not sure an IRL 737 Captain & IP can be bought by a flight sim dev.

He even mentions its ahead of the PMDG 737 when that was released.

I would like to discuss that point with him, because from what I've seen in his stream and others, it really isn't.  Engine spool behavior looks to be taken directly from an Asobo jet, LNAV and VNAV both exhibit incorrect behavior (not just "quirky", but genuinely wrong), there are basic symbology errors on the HUD... Etc.

But hey... The overhead bins work!  😂

That said... I'll still buy it on release day and see what I can really make it do lol.

That's a separate thing though... Example... I purchased FSS E175 through Just Flight. Unfortunately, the download through JF makes you download the Aerosoft One storefront app and it's installed through that. Similarly, this can be iFly's own installer but to get the installer, you'd have to make the purchase through Flight1's app.

Regardless of a comparison to PMDG (and I think arguments could be made both ways about being better or worse than PMDG), I think the price is too high. It's even higher than the Fenix, which I think is broadly considered to be the best airliner currently in MSFS2020 (graphically and operationally).

How so? All of the study level single aisle addons seem to be at the same price point.
iFly is offering a 40% discount if you had the product in P3D.
Value for money in my book.
As for some of the issues raised by streamers, the product is not yet fully released. IFly's track record in responding to bugs etc is excellent and these issues will be looked at and fixed.

so....no WRX as well as with Fenix and Pmdg NGX?

Those screens and the sounds are the main attraction to me.
A little more modern, but basically the same plane as the NG. so I am still on the fence.

Quality looks close to PMDG considering they are still working on it. Visually, it looks really good.

Does anyone know if it is going to be GSX passenger boarding ready.

In that time they managed to rewrite 90% plus of it it.

says who PMDG??? of course they would say that , More like they used 90% to port and rewrite 10% to make it compatible with MSFS
