Probably whoever wrote it isn't trying to hard to be all that precise with the language.

Sometimes when I enable scenery, I get a message listing the scenery that will be disabled to enable it. Matt Webb

Flying at low level over San Francisco and Dallas and have to say they both look beautiful to me, very well detailed buildings, including Alcatraz and the Golden Gate.
