February 28, 201016 yr Nice job on McKinnon, a private airport known many years ago for modifying Grumman Widgeons with geared engines replacing the radials, some four engine versions and even turboprops. Try taking the Grumman amphib into this one and then getting it back out. When Mike Reese would hold his annual fly in picnic and carshow this place would be lined with aircraft on each side and literally hundreds of guests.
