  1. Past hour
  2. The Old Lady is looking very pretty here in the (late day/early morning?) sunshine!
  3. Yesterday
  4. Can't see the value in purchasing this until it's fully baked. Once it controls other traffic in addition to myself, then I'm very interested in trying it out.
  5. Hey, Round trip KTM/LUA with the Twin Otter. A rather pleasant flight of less than an hour. I would have thought the worst for this approach but in the end i came out well. So ready to climb Everest? ๐Ÿ˜‚
  6. Until beta testers are allowed to show this I can't help but feel like we are still weeks away. The 737 facebook pictures were within like the last day or two and there's no way I can see that repeating here.
  7. Is ini's server overloaded? I went to checkout and it's just sitting there as if it's loading something. I've never had any problem with their store/app before.
  8. It should, Kurt. I'm not an AI Smooth user myself, but this thread at Flightsim.com suggests the correct settings to do so: https://www.flightsim.com/forums/topic/18062-ai-smooth-111/ Hoping that helps, John
  9. You posted this as I literally figured it out! Have had MCX for quite a while never thinking I was going to ever use it. The offending P3d sign is in the "hazards.bgl" file. Opened it, removed the object and recompiled the .bgl! Worked like a charm and no more Prepar3d signs. Thanks!
  10. Well, seems like its out! https://parallel42.com/products/simfx
  11. a quick suggestion without looking into it deeply. Get MCX and open the object library bgl files in the world scenery folder and find the sign. Once you have located where the sign lives delete it from the bgl and save the file it will no longer be available object in p3d as a scenery object until you do a update or repair then you just repeat process again if it appears after a update or repair
  12. Loaded up a flight with KEGE and can confirm the default KEGE does have these signs. They can be deleted use ADE. I have seen this sign before, but not on or near runways.
  13. I eat whackacodies all of the time! Love Mexican food!
  14. Yeah interestingโ€ฆis this the start of their usual screenshots leading up to departure? I hope so, the next picture they post will be really telling.
  15. I just when to a military cargo ramp, and it looks great, USAF aircraft parked all over, and FPS are excellent.
  16. I'm not a conspiracy theorist in any way, but you do remember for the 737 this is exactly what they did, right?
  17. Probably for the best, given your unfounded rumour-mongering. While iniManager isn't as UI-friendly as competitor apps, it downloaded and installed every purchase I own (including KMKE) without issue. Just have to point to your install location (one-time process) before you click download and install on your purchase.
  18. I did most all of these things in PL last year and concluded while theoretically it seemed useful in the end nothing substantial improved in terms of MSFS performance. My sense is PL's main value is to satisfy the needs of the inveterate tinkerer--oh you'll think you're doing something meaningful because it all makes good theoretical sense, whereas real outcomes in terms of how MSFS performs won't change meaningfully, that was my experience. I'll standby, and continue breathing, to see if anyone in this thread becomes one of those people "who have enormous differences in performance...." using PL.
  19. If you watch the livestream or are a member of their discord, you may get a hint that the casual flight simmer is not their only target market. Although their offering is a great one for the overall flightsim community, the true competitive comparison is not VATSIM, it is PilotEdge. PilotEdge is a service used by both military and civilian real word pilots for training and proficiency using flight simulator technology. As someone who had a subscription to PE for 2 years, I will tell you that it is well beyond anything on VATSIM or canned ATC. Especially for VFR flights. I'm looking forward to a similar experience flying all over the globe with SayIntentions.
  20. I've been around since their Beech 1900 product line. The fact that they're changing their Facebook picture is not an indication of a release if that's what you're referring too.
  21. Based on the initial forecast of between two weeks and two months, they would have until May 14th to release.
  22. To clarify for others, no--you can scroll down to the bottom and click on the button without selecting any kind of payment method.
