So you are saying that MS is going to make Asbo *intentionally* regress or nerf 2020, via the master plan of delivering said breakage via SU16, all in order to get users to move to 2024 sooner than later?

Sadly, that's what I think...

Simmers don't have that much confidence in this Dev. They are always releasing patches, one step forward, one step back. We need to see what happens. I'm also thinking they may deliver SU16 but with minimal changes, that hardly make any difference.

I haven't seen or experienced this issue and I don't see anyone complaining about t. Maybe it's a fault on your particular machine?

It’s an issue. I’ve had it for a few months. It’s not the end of the world, just a little inconvenient.

Leave 2020 alone!  It’s as close to perfect as we can get.  Those of us still flying 2020 don’t need updates- we value stability over some random “improvement” that no one will even notice.  Use 2024 as the sim to “improve”

Hilarious. A thread wanting no more updates, and one wanting them to rip apart the main runtime loop to port over multi threading.

Fixing the disappearing AI landing gear is a good one, but what are the chances of that after five years of ignoring the problem?

Yes. Just saw the link Marc posted. I don't visit the MS fora so I obviously missed it.

On another thread there is a user that mentions what MS/Asobo are doing for SU16.

Interesting if it’s true.

That certainly is interesting. That would (hopefully) mean updated Bing terrain images for the Netherlands, and a return of my PMDG 737-600 to the Papa Hotel EHLE Lelystad.
