  2. Itโ€™s still operating within the limitations of the sim. Thereโ€™s not going to be cloud animations of building or dissipating clouds because itโ€™s not possible. To me their compromise looks pretty good.

    EDRM-Repaints on the ATR42

How about the Silver Airways one ?
  4. This can be a symptom of the CPU being overloaded, can you monitor your CPU and check that only CORE-0 is at 100% but the rest has enough capacity available? Regards, Simbol
  5. ๐Ÿ™‚...not too long before we see it on your own. BTW, u got the engine/wing shots spot-on....look nice...
  6. Hi Noel. As far as I am aware. Embraer have the beacon turn on automatically with the batteries. I have never switched on a beacon in either the 100 or the 300. Cheers...Ken.

    Slow to Climb?

Loving this now. Superb ILS capture, now I actually get to try one ! Really helps when the controllers work properly. Anyhow, any stuff that can be improved by Carenado via a patch will be welcome. Did you manage to contact them ?

My first Heavy Iron purchase ever for P3DV4

Not my own, the photoscenery is MSE's, they did all the leg work ๐Ÿ˜Š
  9. (5 minutes out of Southhampton EGHI) After i deleted my shaders folder because my cloud textures were bugged, this began to happen, i dont know how to fix it, i deleted my shaders in my appdata, and my scenery.cfg in programdata

    Slow to Climb?

@FDEdev oh yes, they are painted. Also, when advancing the PL to the notch, you have to check the ATPCS arming.
  11. I give, can't find it and FSCaptain is dinging me for improper handling of lights!

    Please post the resolution

With the internet being used as much as it is now, solutions SHOULD be everywhere. It's really frustrating to see "Got it fixed, please close the thread" without saying how it was fixed. While I can understand the frustration of going through a 30 page thread to find a solution, if you really want the problem solved, then put in the "work". I try to respond to every thread where I've had an issue and resolved it. The majority of the community has to be "good neighbors" and post solutions when found as well. These days, there seem to be far less altruistic people.
  13. Do you guys also have an empty photoscenery? Nearly no Autogen? - only some Industrial Building on the Approach.

    Upgrade Options

Note 4K If you are running a 1080p monitor, a 1080ti is overkill IMHO

    Advice needed with trouble shooting

TE NL was updated recently and more complex scenery objects added.. I had to uncheck a number of items in the FTX Config app for this scenery to get back my earlier performance, maybe this happened to you also..

    Calling all Bush Pilots

I have them all but I prefer Pilot2ATC for VFR flying. Vic

    Slow to Climb?

I have no idea why you are quoting these rather useless numbers. They aren't painted onto the pedestal and hence how would know when these trigger angles are being reached while flying the ATR? It's additional technical info, but they are definitely not needed to operate the ATR. These numbers are even less useful for armchair pilots, rather the contrary, more confusing than helpful as had been demonstrated ๐Ÿ˜‰ @GeeBee, glad you sorted it out and that you can enjoy the ATR now ๐Ÿ™‚

    Calling all Bush Pilots

True! But some airports have controllers and might also need an IFR clearance now and again.

    Please post the resolution

Or ignored some of the advice given (while swearing blind he'd done it) and then subsequently finding it solved the problem.

    Configuration of GTN750

Hi @ralaas26 I posted the modification for the A2A182 here: A2A C182 Skylane RXP GTN 650/750 BTW ignore the mindstar items. They are no longer needed. Let us know if you need more assistance.

    Circle to land... madness!

As a Colombian (it's Colombia, not Columbia! Grrr), I can confirm that (until some years ago) the approaches to the 31L/R runways at SKBO were basically circle-to-land. Now, if you have the default scenery, it's very probable you'll be getting this. With any add-on scenery (or even just AFCAD), you'll have more chances of getting the 13s.
  22. WOW..John...fantastic shots...that too on your own photoscenery...! Enjoy!
  23. Thank you for the information. I guessed it was supposed to be that way although I don't think it has been implemented well. If I were a pilot of this aircraft that sound would drive me nuts. I think it comes on too quickly. A pilot should be able to do normal trim adjustments without listening to that sound. I hope there is an update to fix this but in the mean time I have modified the sound file so that I don't hear it any more.
  24. Paul, Thanks! Like Aviation minds think alike...๐Ÿ™‚...those are exactly the two Avro planes I picked up on JF's Pick-Two SALE...It was a good deal I think, considering they are a bit pricey... Anyway, I believe JF has such SALEs during the, I'm sure you'll catch it next time...[BTW, I too could not take advantage of their Pick-X SALE last time they did it not too long, forget when...]

So just a quick update. Last week we released a new version of the Airbus Pro with what we hoped would resolve the Managed Speed Issue for a small percentage of our customers (hey, facts are facts my friends, though I've already said how I, our Program Manager and CEO feel, we have been and are committed to resolving our customer's issues). Feedback in our forums from those who suffered the Managed Speed Issue have been extremely positive, and every post I've read about this seems to indicate the issue has been resolved. We are not ready to claim victory on this issue just yet, waiting for more feedback from our terrific customers, but it's looking very good. Our VNAV is also working extremely well, but we see some issues behind the scenes that we want to improve on and work in this is already underway though we can't provide a date for this. Again, the vast majority of people would not even know that these issues exist. Many thanks for the awesome support and comments from many of you in this thread! We are all flight simmers, and given how small/niche our community is, we should learn to work and communicate in a friendly and respectful manner. As always, I leave you with my very best wishes for Happy Flights!
